If they had told me this the week before when I ordered it, I would have picked it up a day early so as to thaw it out. No one said anything and when they brought it out of the refrigerator unit and put it in the trunk of my car, I presumed it was ready to cook as I had told them repeatedly that we were going to cook it today. So now, no pig for the luau ... $164 down the drain for the pig, extra cost for the cooks who now have nothing to cook, the cost of the wood and pit prep, the banana leaves, and $300 for the fire dancers. So much for the highlight of our family reunion.

The guy loading it picked it out, and when she asked for a different piece because of either wain, damage, or poor grade she was told no.
