Looking at the options it really makes you think of your drinks in a different way. So you can have a memento of your favorite potent potable or do what I did and choose by color. My pendant is a gorgeous blue from a Bombay Sapphire gin bottle with a smaller clear ring. This is definitely high-end recycling and I loved their ingenuity and style.

I made a recent purchase to replace a plate I accidentally dropped and broke. The company's website wasn't functioning properly when I purchased a dinner plate....all of their dinner plates had the same SKU, so they sent me the wrong plate. When I contacted them (after confirming the issue was still present after receiving the plate), they blamed it on my mobile phone (several of their other items online didn't have this issue, and I shared several screenshots of the issue, and they gaslighted me saying it was my phone...I've worked on IT for years, and turned their website upside down before reaching out to them to get this resolved). The issue was fixed on their website after I brought it to their attention, and their "solution" for the customer experience was to pay to ship the wrong item back (I didn't have the packing materials to re-use anymore, because I recycled them before I could confirm it wasn't the correct item when I got home). We went back/forth a couple of days, and they refused to replace it in good faith so that I'd have the packing materials to return the wrong item in. They suggested I could purchase ANOTHER plate (keep in mind, the $20 plate cost $12.95 in shipping for this purchase), and use THAT shipping box to PAY to ship the wrong item back to them ($12.95 times 3 for a $20 plate). They refuse to speak to you on the phone, only Communication is through email. I finally spoke to a lady name Becky who actually laughed because I was upset that I'm not going to receive an order that I placed in December 12th. She passed the call off to Jeff, he told me that they are too busy to return calls. He gave me several excuses why. He told me that posting a review doesn't matter. I'm bet it doesn't. I'm sure I'm not the only Customer that they have treated poorly! They actually packed up two of the six mugs that I ordered and mail them to me. Both have no glaze in two spots. Shocking to me that somebody could pack these up and not notice that they are damaged. I guess they're too busy to look at their merchandise before they pack it up and send to the customer. Bottom line being no communication between employees and this family owned business has horrible customer service!

She is so patient, so compassionate and so helpful with my…read more81 year old mother's eye care needs Dr. Ferguson first saw mom as a new patient last June, when it was determined that she needed cataract surgery. She recommended and assisted in the referral to Dr. Arthur Giebel who was also amazing. Yesterday was mom's second and final post-surgery follow-up with Dr. Ferguson and she confirmed that everything is right on tract. Mom has much better vision and no longer needs glasses. But just as important, she is very comfortable and confident in Dr. Ferguson's care. And as the son who lives 4 hours away, I couldn't be happier.

I showed up at my appointment only to find out that it had been cancelled. This appointment had…read morebeen confirmed via text 2 hours prior to my scheduled arrival time. Apparently, Vision Source decided to cancel my appointment without talking to me. Preferring to tell me in person that I am too poor to be seen there. Was it fun to try to humiliate me in person with a haughty attitude when I asked why I couldn't just pay cash for my appointment? I was also refused the possibility of rescheduling my appointment, because "their system was down." What an incredibly condescending and horrible experience. I was just trying to get my eyes examined so I could have surgery. I was the victim of extreme domestic violence- I have a complicated case and partial blindness. It's hard to get up the courage to go to an eye doctor to have my trauma addressed. Prepare to be humiliated and treated poorly by office staff if you have had any domestic violence related injury. I walked out of that office bawling, in tears, after finding out that my appointment had been cancelled. What a horrific experience.
