I kinda feel like an ass because I said the inside looked much better than the outside, which upon further review wasn't really fully true, it just needs a color change, would some responsibility could fall under the rental team. But also just the stretch of road seems to have some dingy looking businesses, so I was just more surprised upon entering that it was very neat and clean. Their first experience was a wonderful one and I wouldn't do it any other way, the selection was impressive, especially for chocolate and soda which is what they sought! They have a location in Ontario as well with slightly better value because of the competition, but here wasn't too bad. The last few…read moretimes I have shopped in Kennewick the employees are rude, short and act like you can't get out fast enough. When I was shopping yesterday, all I could hear was the tall brunette complaining about another employee not helping customers. I waited at least 5 mins and finally left. The 2 employees working were more interested in their conversation then helping me and another customer. Yes they give you a discount if you have a lanyard but the discount doesn't help if your not able to purchase what you need. I will shop down the street where they do offer help and act like they appreciate your business.

Today I went in and the girl with the bleach split bangs was literally so rude and unhelpful I have no idea what I did to deserve the attitude. I was annoyed that some disposables just stop on you and I was trying to get advice on a new one to try. As a manager at another retail store, this could have been an opportunity to sell me a good one for good money. I ended up with a cheap one to get me by because I wanted out of there. The energy was off. I just hate dread coming here because I never know what experience I'll have.

Still the atmosphere is friendly and they are willing to help you find what you're looking for even if they don't have it in stock.
