I got a flat tire from one of their multiple pot holes in their tiny parking lot. And they are only getting deeper with the rain and cold weather. For as much cash as this business generates, some can be spent to create a safe and accessible parking lot. Not a joke. I will spend money at other shops until this shop fixes their parking lot.

Hiring dependable people (professional and staff) who actually show up for work, and/or fulfill their contract and are responsible and competent workers has been difficult. Thus, hours and staff have had to be adjusted. I see some negative comments here, and am sorry for those difficulties, but I encourage people to discuss issues with the manager/Pharmacist or a staff person to resolve issues more satisfactorily. . Dealing with the public is not an easy job. I want this business to flourish.

You should NOT work in any customer service position, when you have that unpleasant kind of personality. If you cannot treat people with dignity and respect, then you should find a job where you don't have to deal with people, period. I will never go here or recommend this business to anyone, because of how she treated me. She should be ashamed of her behavior, I am absolutely outraged at the way I was treated just now. My mom is going through withdrawals because NONE of the pharmacies in this god forsaken town have her meds, and all I simply asked this horrible woman was why all of the pharmacies have been on back order for so long with this particular med. She was extremely condescending, she insulted me, and told me to call the manufacturer. You shouldn't employ people who cannot handle being asked questions.

When asking a budtender abt specific products and you get a generic response then what's the point? Don't pretend to know what certain products smell like or taste like. Just be honest and say you haven't tried things. Don't lie and talk up a product and it not have any characteristics of what you spoke abt. Also. They lowered prices to compete and still can't understand it's abt the quality of the products. No one wants dirt weed. Walk in with money to spend. Leave with the exact same amount only to drive 3 blocks and spend every dime I had on multiple items. Your neighbors have better products and prices!!!!!! Here's a suggestion.
