I kinda feel like an ass because I said the inside looked much better than the outside, which upon further review wasn't really fully true, it just needs a color change, would some responsibility could fall under the rental team. But also just the stretch of road seems to have some dingy looking businesses, so I was just more surprised upon entering that it was very neat and clean. The last few…read moretimes I have shopped in Kennewick the employees are rude, short and act like you can't get out fast enough. When I was shopping yesterday, all I could hear was the tall brunette complaining about another employee not helping customers. I waited at least 5 mins and finally left. The 2 employees working were more interested in their conversation then helping me and another customer. Yes they give you a discount if you have a lanyard but the discount doesn't help if your not able to purchase what you need. I will shop down the street where they do offer help and act like they appreciate your business.

As a manager at another retail store, this could have been an opportunity to sell me a good one for good money. I ended up with a cheap one to get me by because I wanted out of there. The energy was off. I just hate dread coming here because I never know what experience I'll have.

I called this evening asking if they had a E-cig in stock called the JUUL, the employee (didn't catch his name) put me on hold for a minute to go check for me. They didn't have any so he offered to call the Pasco and Kennewick location for me to see if they had any on hand. I told him not to worry about it since they were closing in an hour and I live in Richland so I wasn't trying to drive out of Richland. We hung up and he called me back not 2 minutes later to let me know he he called the Kennewick store for me, they had some & was going to have more JUULs brought to the Richland location and that he would have them in 30 minutes for me. I feel like costumer service like this is so rare nowadays and I really appreciate him taking the time to do what he could to get the product I needed in the store for me.
