This place had an easy to get in and out of parking lot. A very clean, organized, and well decorated display inside. The selection was vast and the service was very kind. I brought an incredibly elderly relative here as their first trip to any sort of this kind of store and we were all very excited to help them. Chris was really patient and kind. Their first experience was a wonderful one and I wouldn't do it any other way, the selection was impressive, especially for chocolate and soda which is what they sought! They have a location in Ontario as well with slightly better value because of the competition, but here wasn't too bad. I went there on 2/22/24 as my first time visiting. I bought 86 dollars worth items. All of which were highly recommended. A couple days ago my cartridge stopped working. I am a single parent with ptsd with an autistic son. I've been having to take care of issues with him at school and haven't been able to make it in. I go in today to return it. Derrick can see it is not used all the way. I brought my receipt in. He then tells me how they used to take returns up to a week. Now it's 48 hours. No one told me this when I bought it. It was "keep your receipt just in case" and I did. No where does it say on the receipt within 48 hours. So they sell bad cartridges and change the policy about returning it as they see fit. I was in town for Roundup and was hoping to find cannabis soda. I was amazed at the selection of products they stock. I found both Kief And Mary Jones products and I really liked the price. I'm a budtender from a different town and the customer service was excellent. EDD was my main budtender but Mason was really cool and knowledgeable too. I really enjoyed visiting with them about your product selection. They told me about the 15% off on Thursday. So I came back on Thursday. I am impressed with products you have for growing including SEEDS Todd was my budtender for that purchase.... I'm also OMMP medical and Sierra was also my budtender. Her knowledge of products was amazing and her customer service was excellent. She was extremely helpful and patient with me. When they can be bothered, the experience is great and they're very helpful. If they're busy, forget it unless you're under 30 and have perky boobs. Then you just wait until whoever has streamed through the door has been helped to their satisfaction. This is not a one-time experience. Maybe I am just spoiled from the good herb I get at home in Vancouver BC. Today I dropped into the dispensary And purchased a I/4 of their top shelf that dude behind the counter recommended. Got to my rolling table shortly after and found to my disappointment the top shelf was beyond dry, like embarrassing dry. I went right back to the store to find that they have a no return policy.
