This is the best dispensary I've been to in years! I appreciate the order of the lines and getting customers through quickly. The staff is helpful, welcoming and friendly. I enjoy talking to them every time and always leave with some quality bud. I will not go to any other dispo in the area! read more

I wanted to take a moment to congratulate Nirvana on accomplishing something I previously thought was impossible: turning a simple cannabis purchase into a multi-stage endurance event. I've visited government offices, airports, and DMV locations that were more organized and efficient than your store. The fact that customers are expected to stand in separate lines for flower, concentrates, edibles, and then yet another line just to pay is genuinely impressive in all the wrong ways. By the time I finished my purchase, I felt like I had completed a scavenger hunt rather than gone shopping. What's especially remarkable is that every other dispensary seems to have figured out how to sell multiple products in a single transaction. Apparently, Nirvana has chosen to boldly reject such modern innovations. The security experience deserves special recognition as well. Nothing says "welcome, valued customer" quite like being stared down by a security guard standing around with his hand hovering near his firearm for an entire visit. It's hard to decide whether the atmosphere is more reminiscent of a dispensary, a prison yard, or a low-budget action movie. The overall vibe of the store is one of complete distrust toward the very people keeping the business open. Customers aren't treated like customers--they're treated like inconveniences that need to be processed through a series of checkpoints. What should have been a quick stop turned into a frustrating, time-consuming experience that left me wondering why anyone would choose to shop here more than once when there are countless alternatives that manage to provide better service, better organization, and a far more welcoming environment. If your goal is to maximize customer frustration while minimizing convenience, then I can confidently say mission accomplished. I sincerely hope management spends a day visiting literally any competing dispensary to see how a retail operation is supposed to function. by far the worst cannabis store in the Tri-Cities area. Everything is 2 to 3 dollars more expensive than any other store and they have very little in stock. They advertise specials, but none of the specials are available. It's only employee to get you in the store to buy the lower price junk that they usually carry. Don't waste your time going on there you'll regret it. read more

Horrible employees horrible dispensary rude people and straight up incompetent I would not recommend this place if it was the last place to buy products! read more

The GOATS in the industry prices great staff spectacular. Will keep coming back. Great selection

Selection is usually limited(especially vape) The bud tenders could be friendlier. I find the same products for the same price (and higher price on some) The location is probably preferred for most people but I like the drive to Finley Green2Go read more

If I could rate this fucking place zero stars I would! Staff is rude , has no empathy to speak of-none! And are unprofessional and they added to my stress today!!! This is not my first shitty experience at this business either. Do yourself a HUGE FAVOR and DONT waste your time or money here!!! And to the asshat worker there that told me to calm the fuck down? NEVER TELL AN UPSET WOMAN TO CALM DOWN!!! Furthermore, work on your "customer service" skills!!! read more

More than once ive asked about a product on the online order menu having a 1% thc and the budtender told me all the info online is wrong. Then yesterday i put a 41$ product in my cart and was charged 64$ when i picked it up. I went back and they said the prices are wrong , that it's a third party company they hire to do their website. Well close it down then, if all the info and prices are wrong why have it ? That's not right at all. Bastards read more

CASH ONLY!! Location is excellent. I wish someone would buy whoever owns the place out. I mean Richland as a rule is not very good in the customer service scales anyway. Pasco businesses are much kinder and more friendly. It's a Richland bad attitude deal. But when my family went in and asked for a new product https://drinkdinowater.com/ a lady not in the conversation said, "No we don't carry that Junk!" If this was a 1 off rude encounter I'd let it go. But this is a chronic situation at this store. If you want to shop for your Legal Cannabis products get ready to be schooled by a bunch of cranky people. Please & thank you, not part of their vocabulary. It's like accidentally attempting to buy weed from a group of 1950's Cops with a bunch of hall monitors tossing out extra rules the cops forgot to say. Plus products locked, no touching, no getting near it, No Photos! WHAT!!??? The stuff they sell must make people really paranoid and ornery. read more

I am a medical pt. who chooses not to renew my medical card. I farm and do not want to lose my priveledge, regarding. With that, I am brutal honest regarding my disability. I tip starting $20, my choice, I strongly rely on my Tender's help, in my selection... I tip up to $40, one visit. Last trip, my 'normal' tender, I seek out, at the end...showed me two selections. I did not check the stats. I got home 17% THC. That does not help... She evaded me, even though I tipped her $30, that fateful visit, on my next trip in. They may not need my money, that is totally cool... Cheers. Blond chick, been there a while. They do not care for you nor your disability, only their profit. Their selection is lowest in 'selection' that I have found Franklin and Benton County. I love driving to Oregon... buying Organic at Hood River. read more

Seems like everyone treats this place like the DMV. I agree. Untrusting atmosphere with cameras and multiple, confusing lines. Most of the time it's overcrowded beyond occupancy limits. Staff is clearly not trusted by the store either. Some staff are pretty nice to the public but most seem to fear their job and accept the toxic environment. read more

$40 vape that didn't work but they wouldn't exchange it cause it had been 3 days and they have a 48 hour return policy

I've always had great experiences with the bud tenders here and I've been shopping with them for a bit over a year. I will say if you don't like lines and you're impatient, don't go at the busiest time of day. I'm not gonna tell you my favorite time to go bc I don't want to wait in line behind you, but like any other business there are rush hours to be aware of. read more

The budtenders are great, but management refuses to comply with medical marijuana discounts time and time again. If you're a medical patient, go elsewhere. Even accounting for expended gas traveling to the next town over, was cheaper to drive and get the legally required discount. read more

5 Star because they deserve ittt!! Ive been there probably 5 times now, 2 of the times the bud tenders were very talkative and friendly! The other 3 times it was just a quick in and out process!! Every time ive weighed my weed out its been right on the money or .02 grams over! You need to be strategic on when you pick up after 3pm there is alot of traffic, so the best time is 12-2pm its alot less busy! Love these guys they need more recognition! I dont know what day all these 1 Star reviews were taken, but i will continue coming here for the good deals! Ive never had any issues reported in these other comments! Could beee that, every time i have ordered i do pickup! Line is always shorter, and its all done and ready for me to pay for! I always come with cash, the atm is $6 to use which is about average for most Dispos. I have heard that there website can have some issues once and a while but I've ordered over the last 2 months with no issue. read more

Nirvana Cannabis Tri Cities - Daily Specials as of 03/08/22 - Cannabis Dispensaries Near Me - Richland, Washington

Terrible customer service. Products have had seeds And vape pens haven't worked out of the box. They have tone deaf customer service and there are other places that will treat you better. You deserve better than this garbage dump of a dispensary. read more

went in too buy a cart and female employee try too make me look sound stupid because i asked ain't there a day for flower and said it was today and I obviously was buying "oil" and claimed it was still flower. if you don't know the difference between flower and oil maybe you shouldn't work there. rude asf never going back read more

The customer service at the counter was coo.. the security guard was a little aggressive from some reason but the selection of weed was good and the quality and quantity of the products were decent the value of the product since I went in on Monday we're OK I had it got a 15% discount and got two 8ths for under 50 bucks... read more

I was there last night .. taking my time shopping and noticed what looked like a girl in training, who was being the center of an abuse by other employees and mainly the one who looked to be training her? I was appalled by what I witnessed and just wow what kind of business are you running there a highschool?....mean girls club?? If this is how other workers treat each other then I can't imagine how awful they are to the customers....it's just as easy for me to go another location, where the atmosphere is better and verbal abuse isn't taking place. Shame on these owners...you run a debauchery of a dispensary... read more

Stopped giving this place my business a while back because every. Dang. Order. Was. Wrong. No joke, each time they've mixed up products, and after that happened twice I started checking the order before I left. Every time, it would be wrong and I'd have to have them fix it. I stopped going there months ago, but decided to give them another shot today. Bad plan. This is the last time I waste my money there. Even though the mixup is their fault, you can't exchange products for the correct one "due to covid reasons ". Funny, before COVID it was because of "policies". My guess is they got tired of constantly exchanging their mixups and just push the responsibility onto the customer. They need to stop letting the people working there come in high. Maybe then they could get something right. Sticking with G2G from now on. read more

Seems like they listened to their reviews, entirely new staff, everything got cheaper and I was surprised at the quality for their price. So far, I've seen something new there everytime I went. Also, the products look better in person and I had alot more options. Their website doesn't show the product or even the brand very well compared to what they hand you in person. Good thing their new bud tenders knew what they were doing and I ended up with a recommended flower that I thought was top shelf but was shocked to hear it came out to $20. I ended up tipping because I thought it was a steal. Anyways, the young cute security guard they got now, telling dad jokes, really eases my anxiety being around people. read more

They were incredibly rude, especially the security at the door, and I will never shop here again. They treated me like I was an annoyance because I was asking questions and looking for something particular, which they didn't have. The selection wasn't anything like what I'm used to but maybe it's because I'm used to Portland shops. Prices were also higher than I'm used to. read more

First and foremost, the prices on flower are rediculous. Cheapest Oz. In the place was $165 for some Legends greenhouse. Weed looked decent but not $165 an Oz. decent. What can you expect with no competition I suppose. It's also extremely loud and the employees I've dealt with are rude. My advice, if you're after ounces save yourelf some money and a headache and just drive to The Bake Shop in Prosser. read more

This is my new favorite dispensary in Tri-Cities! I don't understand why the ratings are so low. They're pricing is fair, they have a great points system (better than G2G), and all the budtenders are super helpful. They also have daily deals so depending on which day of the week you go in, you can get a discount on the weed you're buying! The daily deals can be found on their website if you're curious. Every time I go in, they recommend great products and are really friendly! They've helped me find my favorite brand of joints and concentrates. I have to drive 20 minutes from Kennewick to reach Nirvana but it's definitely worth the drive. I have yet to be disappointed by them. The only downside is that they only accept a horizontal ID. For me, that's never been an issue for me but I understand how that can be frustrating to many but Green 2 Go is still a nice alternative option if you are not able to get into Nirvana. But if you can go, go to Nirvana!! read more

Love the service and knowledgeable staff working here! Large inventory and selection of product.

Selection is great as a first timer but check what you got before you leave that door. To many occasions that they don't know what they are talking about and you try to trust em. Perfect example, I'm currently sick and was in a rush this morning. Well I'm into my second bowl and I'm supposed to be smoking a sativa but I knew something was off. Friggin Inidica. read more

I Used to Work here !! Never Work here !! Big Waste of your time ! First Month you get No Tips ! You are treated so Poorly ! First month is all "testing" and if you don't pass any of there Test you Lose your job !! I wouldn't even give them 1 Star ! All of the Leads don't give a Fuck about you at all ! As much as I tried and put hard work in they don't recognized you at all ! When they basically "fired me" the email they sent me had "no reason why" they fired me all it said was "we will be discontinuing your training" like for what ?? Me personally would not be shopping here or recommending this Joint at all !! They all think of everyone as low life's and cheap . Even though the product is Crappy ! I will not be sending No one here ! They even pay Minimum wage like weed just sells it self & to pay the workers minimum wage and no tips for a whole month is Slavery !! read more

Great selection, easy parking. I've done both order online through their site and walked in. Both options I've done multiple times and have been pleasant experiences. Most staff is friendly. Some staff need to work on their customer service skills but overall this is a good dispensary. read more

They had hot sugar live resin chocolates going for $15. Last time I was in guy made a comment about it and seemed shocked. They're now $30. Thing is they cost $15 everyone online and can still get them for $15 at Green 2 Go across town. This place has an incredibly rude staff, pushy/creepy security and overcharge. Just drive across town. Better service, product selection and no price gouging. read more

Way overpriced and the customer service, not very chill. All they want to do is sell you the overpriced stuff, its ridiculous.

Be sure to check your merchandise before leaving parking lot. If you leave with something empty it's not their problem. You'd think with that policy they'd check what they sell you. People were always so helpful and nice until this morning. "We didn't receive it empty" was the explanation to me. Going to wipe out my discounts and find somewhere else. read more

Great place when tired of the normal g2g run helpful staff great products parking lot is massive

If I could give them zero stars, I would. I ordered a few things online and after paying and leaving I noticed on the recipe said the wrong strain on it. So I checked and it was the wrong strain. There were two recipes one from the online order that was correct and the other recipe that wasn't correct. I walked back in after being outside less than 2 minutes and spoke with a "lead" names Alex. He kept saying, we made a mistake and people make mistakes, but offered no resolution and wouldn't exchange it with what I'd ordered. I told him I work in customer service and I understand that mistakes happen, but you should offer some kind of resolution. I will be contacting the BBB. read more

I do not order online very often but I have twice in the last six months and both times they post it on lower prices than what they're actually selling them for. So you'll go to their store versus going to Green 2 Go, which is significantly cheaper. Then give you some BS excuses once you get into the store about why they're not going to honor their online prices. BAIT AND SWITCH read more

What can you say? They just suck! From the owner on down to the bots working the counter. It's funny how they only seem to have the "high end" weed, costing up to 60 an eighth.
