I got a flat tire from one of their multiple pot holes in their tiny parking lot. And they are only getting deeper with the rain and cold weather. For as much cash as this business generates, some can be spent to create a safe and accessible parking lot. Not a joke. I will spend money at other shops until this shop fixes their parking lot.

Upon arrival a lady parked beside us asked what kind of dog I have he is a pug mix but looks like a frenchie after talking with her for a minute we went inside and upon entry after our ids were checked NEIL began asking us questions about who's the lady in the van, like sir I don't know? Why? Then proceeds to say he can't sell to me unless she comes in. Mind you WE DONT KNOW THIS LADY . SHE ASKED ME ABOUT MY DOG So he refused to sell to us for having simple conversations like a human . Mind you my bestfriend is black and the assumption we're doing something wrong is very racist and very pathetic. THE CITY WOULD NEVER. But apparently the white supremacy is real out here. Neil needs his privilege revoked . Have a great day I will advise everyone to go 5 mins down the street . Will be contacting the owners aswell

I tired calling to see if I'd need the receipt and nobody wants to answer all morning. So I drive 30 minutes here and get told there's no evidence of my purchase even tho they need to scan ID's to keep track. I've been apart of the canna industry for 6 years this is the first place they had "no evidence" of a customer. The employee who didn't give the required receipt needs to be held accountable. The reason the service is questionable is because when I came in, even though they smiled. No one actually helped me. Just so you know I was the only person in the store when I was looking A guy greeted me, then just told me the color codes for the product, and followed me around while I browsed but didn't offer any actual help. I ended up deciding not to support this business because while I was there after receiving no help and basically being eye fucked by the guy following me around, I noticed they offered (no one asked) for a first time 20% discount. Of which none offered me. So I quietly took my money to another business that had great customer service and actually offered assistance not follow folks around like a convenience store. The Bud-no clue The product layout- if you have sensory issues with being overloaded with clutter, then let this place pass you. They have a lot of options which is great but that selection of products is crammed in the glass case super tight together. The merchandising and displays need more than a little help.
