The reason the service is questionable is because when I came in, even though they smiled. No one actually helped me. Just so you know I was the only person in the store when I was looking A guy greeted me, then just told me the color codes for the product, and followed me around while I browsed but didn't offer any actual help. I ended up deciding not to support this business because while I was there after receiving no help and basically being eye fucked by the guy following me around, I noticed they offered (no one asked) for a first time 20% discount. Of which none offered me. So I quietly took my money to another business that had great customer service and actually offered assistance not follow folks around like a convenience store. The Bud-no clue The product layout- if you have sensory issues with being overloaded with clutter, then let this place pass you. They have a lot of options which is great but that selection of products is crammed in the glass case super tight together. The merchandising and displays need more than a little help. Won't be setting foot in here again. The place right across the street is light years better, or the Amsterdam place behind them is better as well. Choose wisely

After being greeted at the door, Felix one of the bud tenders showed me all their top shelf Oz's and not only brought them out but was able to give me a better understanding of how the bud taste as well as what the high was like. Since it was happy hour, He had recommended I get 8 different 1/8s which was equivalent in pricing to one whole zip. I appreciated how passionate he was about each product shown from cartridges to bud, he was well informed which enabled me to make a large purchase stocking up for my upcoming trip.
