As a "new to Pullman" mom, I was overwhelmed with all the options, nervous about Rush and had so many questions. Chris immediately put me at ease. Not knowing how Rush would end, he walked me through plan A, plan B and plan "call me anytime, as much as you'd like, to ask questions or make changes". This put me at ease! I wrote out my card and originally scheduled it to deliver to her dorm, however as the Rush week continued and I was confident she'd be in a house, I called and had it changed to her sorority. Easy change! She got the flowers on Bid Day at her sorority and she texted me right away. She loves them and they are a beautiful shade of pink, all very classy and elegant selections! We went to Neil's flowers to get a bouquet for my niece's WSU graduation. We walked in off the street, day of, and asked for a bouquet for under $100. I thought they would have prepared bouquets. Nope. They said, "give us 20 minutes." We wandered around the shop looking at the fun gift items. My husband found a WSU tie, I found the PERFECT graduation card for my niece. Within 10 minutes the bouquet was done. BEAUTIFUL roses , other blooms and greens with a WSU ribbon. It came in a lovely vase and they even gave us the black bucket so we could transport it easily back home, all under $80. On top of that we asked if they sold clear stadium bags (required for the graduation ceremony), they did not. One of the employees said "Oh, I have a couple in my car." She went out to her car and brought me a WSU Alumni stadium bag, no charge! I will give them all of my gift and floral business whenever I am in Pullman. Thanks Neill's! read more

Sent my best friend flowers and I am amazed by the service. It was GREAT! The arrangement was BEAUTIFUL, it arrived timely (and they even had to deliver to a sorority house and that is a difficult feat in and of itself) and I got everything I thought I was ordering and more. I am extremely happy with the customer service and with the floral arrangements. I also got two balloons with this and they took into consideration from my note that was supposed to go with the flowers that it was my friends 21st birthday and got her a 21st birthday balloon. The service is so thoughtful and so personal I LOVE it. The manager also called me moments after I had placed my order online to let me know that he thought it would be best to try and deliver the flowers early due to game day being on Saturday. I was to receive a beautiful arrangements of Orchids for a major birthday, it's my understanding that, locally, they "misunderstood, I'm guessing," the order and delivered a "nice" arrangement, but not the spectacular arrangement that was originally ordered. Fortunately, a discount was issued at the florist of origin. Accidents happen, but this was a once-in-a-lifetime birthday. It would've been OK for any other birthday, but for a major birthday... It's just disappointing, for that reason I give Neills Flowers, unfortunately, 2 stars today, maybe it should've been less (1.5) not their usual standard! read more

I came home from a wonderful all day outing with my family for mother's day to find a bowl of flowers that were wilted and broken left by my front door. I am sure the person that paid to send me the flowers did not request dead broken flowers be left at my door in a bowl of hot water. What a horrible way to end such a beautiful day. I called them the next day and they apologized and delivered a new bouquet. It was not as nice as the first one would have been had it survived but it is still alive a week later. read more

DO NOT USE NEILL'S FLOWERS! I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my sister's birthday and they looked HORRID. They "forgot" to put a bow on it and it looked messy. I had her send me a picture which I forwarded it to their attention. THEY WERE SO RUDE! They said she must have dropped them on the way up to her room and it was our fault. I then asked to speak with the owner (who made the bouquet) and he was extremely rude and even YELLED at me over the phone. I cannot believe how horrible their customer service is and how they failed to correct the mistake. Completely rude and unprofessional. read more

I purchased a bouquet of flowers online for my mother from Neill's Flowers well before her birthday and made sure to specify that it needed to be delivered on an exact date. They delivered it several days late. I emailed them regarding this MANY times and never recieved a response. They continued to send me spam (often more than once a day) though I asked to be taken off their mailing list. I eventually had to block every email address they used to email me. I bought a floral lei for my son's graduation from WSU, when I went to pick it up, it was already wilted, and I had paid quite a bit for it. I took it anyway, since it was graduation day and I was in a rush. Recently a colleague of mine received flowers from them that had been ordered from overseas. The roses were already terrible looking, and the arrangement quite haphazard. When she voiced her displeasure and asked for a replacement bouquet, the one she got was no better at all. Again she called and complained, and the owner was curt and pretty rude. I'm a Pullman resident, but will NEVER buy from this establishment again, no way! read more
