I thought they would have prepared bouquets. Nope. They said, "give us 20 minutes." We wandered around the shop looking at the fun gift items. My husband found a WSU tie, I found the PERFECT graduation card for my niece. Within 10 minutes the bouquet was done. BEAUTIFUL roses , other blooms and greens with a WSU ribbon. It came in a lovely vase and they even gave us the black bucket so we could transport it easily back home, all under $80. On top of that we asked if they sold clear stadium bags (required for the graduation ceremony), they did not. One of the employees said "Oh, I have a couple in my car." She went out to her car and brought me a WSU Alumni stadium bag, no charge! I will give them all of my gift and floral business whenever I am in Pullman. Thanks Neill's!

Chris immediately put me at ease. Not knowing how Rush would end, he walked me through plan A, plan B and plan "call me anytime, as much as you'd like, to ask questions or make changes". This put me at ease! I wrote out my card and originally scheduled it to deliver to her dorm, however as the Rush week continued and I was confident she'd be in a house, I called and had it changed to her sorority. Easy change! She got the flowers on Bid Day at her sorority and she texted me right away. She loves them and they are a beautiful shade of pink, all very classy and elegant selections! I really like this hardware store…read more First of all, it's the only place where you can pop in and grab a soda and a substantial little snack in all of downtown. So it's handy. They also have a rack of free maps of the area, which are great to have, especially if you're new in town. And then there's the actual merchandise. Not being a hardware store connoisseur, I wouldn't know how their prices compare to other stores, but I do know they've always had whatever I was looking for (plus some neat gadgets and accessories) at prices I was willing to pay. And the store layout is easy enough to peruse. The customer service I get here is always helpful, and the employees are all very sweet and friendly. They're never pushy, but they always offer assistance (which I did sometimes need, and they seemed more than happy to help me out). All in all, I give it five stars because it's a useful, respectable place, and I can't think of a single thing I have ever been disappointed with about this store.
