We called him up and after being jerked around for weeks he finally came out to see the place. He…read morelooked around and said it was not worth anything and then offered us fifty bucks for "a few things that would fit in the trunk of his small car" He then came back with a truck and ripped out shelving that was part of the house, all of the furniture and all of the appliances and left the place in worse condition that it was already. This guy is a con artist and ripped off my mom that is dying of cancer. I will never use his services again and I would recommend that no one else should either unless they want to be fleeced. Since he made us sign a a bogus contract that he neither followed nor kept his word about, we can't make an official complaint. Make no mistake, this sleaze ball will take advantage of anyone and everyone, especially during family tragedies.
