I wanted something beautiful and non-traditional for my niece's graduation, and I had a necklace that I wanted incorporated into the design. Tammy and Kailyn were both friendly and helpful. They also have an impressive array of possibilities when it comes to the cards you can send with your arrangement. Tammy sent me a picture of the final result, and it was gorgeous! Delivery was timely. Hands down, I would trust and use again.

I ordered a medium bouquet for my daughters birthday and this is what she got. It was $110 with delivery fee. To me..... I've spent $60 and gotten much more and better so maybe I am judging it from that.... But I was disappointed. read more

I will never use this florist nor recommend them ! I asked for large and ornate arrangement and this is what I got . They didn't understand the order at all . I put heavy emphasis on NOT delivering before I approved it . I never got that call or photo . I called them and the owner told me that if I wasn't satisfied there was nothing they could do . They were running out of flowers. Poor customer service and worse product ! read more

I'd visited Lavender & Thyme a few times to buy flowers for my fiancee, and thought of Tammy immediately when we were preparing for the wedding. She did a beautiful job on the bouquet, boutonniere, hair comb, and a garland for our dinner table at the reception. She's great at taking a basic concept and making it real. We went to Neil's flowers to get a bouquet for my niece's WSU graduation. We walked in off the…read morestreet, day of, and asked for a bouquet for under $100. I thought they would have prepared bouquets. Nope. They said, "give us 20 minutes." We wandered around the shop looking at the fun gift items. My husband found a WSU tie, I found the PERFECT graduation card for my niece. Within 10 minutes the bouquet was done. BEAUTIFUL roses , other blooms and greens with a WSU ribbon. It came in a lovely vase and they even gave us the black bucket so we could transport it easily back home, all under $80. On top of that we asked if they sold clear stadium bags (required for the graduation ceremony), they did not. One of the employees said "Oh, I have a couple in my car." They did a great job and teaching us to fly fish from their small boats that put you on the fish. They know all of the spots and go back and forth in these areas to make sure you land fish. I got birthday flowers from this shop delivered to my office last October - I was so pleased that the arrangement was unique and excellent, I placed an ongoing order for flowers every month for my office. With minimal input from me, Tammy has provided beautiful arrangements that everyone in our office or visiting has enjoyed! My Mom ordered a bouquet for my Sister's June 1st Wedding. Not only were the flowers horrible but the customer service she received was despicable! Tammy, owner of Lavender and Thyme, deleted my review not once but twice off of her Facebook page! After a week or two she deletes "bad" FB reviews to bolster her overall rating.
