If you're looking for brand WSU swag, then this off site location is the place to go. They have an abundance of apparel on two floors. The mens section is on the first floor and the second floor holds the women's clothes. Keep in mind this place is a but pricier because these are the branded clothes. Came in here to buy some souvenirs for my family and wasn't acknowledged or never ask for help customer service fell short for me, it wasn't busy at all ended up buying a sweater for my boy kind of turned me off in buying anything else. But the store is located near wear we were staying and parking is ample and store front is very nice and clean love the memorabilia wall. read more

If you don't want to visit the campus bookstore this is a great option. Really the only other option though but it's still pretty sweet. Less books apart from regular curriculum general requirement books. You can call ahead and give them an order which they place and box up for you to pick up later. Lots of collegiate merchandise, picture frames, trinkets, and car items to show your love for the Cougs. Two levels with the books upstairs and the clothing and snacks/drinks downstairs. You can also call ahead or use their online system to request materials you want. Pretty nifty! The prices for collegiate merchandise are always high. Between the official WSU bookstore and Crimson and Gray you'll find a great selection of items. Not a lot of duplicate items between the stores which is nice. I'm personally a campus bookstore person but came here for shirts and gifts for family. Even bought my textbooks here a few times. Just a downside is the location for students without transportation. read more

This store was CROWDED. Came for the first game of the season and the parking lot was packed. The store had a selection of more WSU attire/hats/memorabilia than I've ever seen! You could dress your entire family from head to toe and sizes were plentiful. The prices are steep, but the plethora of diverse options was worth every penny. The lines were excessive, but the staff moved the line along where you didn't have to wait longer than 5 minutes! The staff were remarkable, as they were friendly and efficient. Definitely get here at opening on game day as it's gonna be PACKED by noon. read more

We wanted to do something special for our customers (they were touring the university) and needed some WSU material to do it. They have a great selection of apparel and merchandise, and it's always well stocked, neatly arranged, and not outrageously priced. Crimson and Gray has improved over the years. Five years ago, it was impossible to find cougar gear here that looked as good or better than the gear at the Bookie. However, this wasn't the case the last time we were in. There were lots of nice quality shirts, sweatshirts, sweatpants. We also enjoyed the large selection of cougar accessories they have. Their cheaper prices and pain-free parking make this an easy decision. This is also the place to buy textbooks. They usually had all the books I needed and many in used condition at better prices than the Bookie. read more

We had the best customer service experience with Crimson and Gray! My 11 year old daughter ordered a hydroflask using her christmas money (I wouldn't buy her one because they are $$) After waiting anxiously for it to arrive, once it got here and she opened it she realized they had accidentally sent the wrong size - a much larger one than she could manage. We called the store - 3000 miles away - and Megan (sp?) answered. She was so apologetic and not only sent the correct size out right away, but told us to keep the one they'd sent by mistake AND sent an additional straw top "to make up for the inconvenience." We were floored. I offered more than once to return the first one, but she wouldn't hear of it. I've never been treated so kindly, they went above and beyond what I would ever expect. This place definitely has an awesome selection of Cougar Gear. They have a ton of really cute infant/kids apparel. A good selection of men's/women's clothing. What I love is all the "other" stuff they have, like golfing, party supplies, dog gear, glassware, trinkets, jewelry and beyond! Whenever I visit I definitely like to make a stop in whether I buy something of not. Prices I would say are average compared to the same thing at the Bookie. They do carry some different clothing labels which is nice so you can hit up both. Ample free parking is always great too. read more

Oh how I love this store! You can find pretty much any type of Coug gear here! Alumni, parents, grandparents, little kid, and current student shirts, sweats, hoodies, and so on are decently priced. Plus you can get cups, shot glasses, car decorations, etc. You can also buy and sell your text books upstairs. As terrible as it is, I always come here for the book stuff because it's normally such a better deal than the school's bookstore. You can also find school supplies. I know they have a large art (paint, brushes, boards...) and architecture section. The staff is super friendly and helpful as well. Dont hesitate to ask them questions cause most will personally take you to what you're looking for! read more

I love shopping in the store. However, I'm having a terrible time with an order I placed online for in-store pick up. No one will pick up the phone....I have called dozens of times, different days, different times, it doesn't matter. No one will answer. I've sent emails and no one will respond. It is one of the most frustrating experiences I've ever had. I just have to hope that when I send my sister in to pick up the item on Monday, they actually have it and will let her take it home. I have never experiences a business that will not answer their phone or let you leave a voicemail. UPDATE 12/20/15: Kristin from the Crimson and Gray store got in touch with me, apologized for the phone issue, and indicated my item would be ready for pickup on Monday. Ordered an item online for 1 day delivery. It never arrived and I was not provided a tracking number in the confirmation, only the store order number. I tried both emailing and calling several times for a tracking number, no response to email and no one answering their phone.
