The salespeople are really friendly, helpful, and genuinely seem like they enjoy their job. They'll discuss the book you're purchasing with you, and happily make more recommendations. I knew the author and title and walked up to the register to ask where I might find it, but the two employees were engaged in conversation and didn't even acknowledge my presence for at least 3 minutes. When the red-headed female employee did finally acknowledge me, it was with an irritated smirk, as if I was disturbing them. This dismissive and disrespectful behavior was repeated several times before I decided to leave. I have over 30 years experience in business ownership and retail management and this is absolutely no way to treat prospective customers. You should never make a customer wait without being acknowledged while you engage in conversation with another employee or are looking down at the register. When you do engage with a customer, you should be welcoming, friendly and polite. I see from prior reviews that I am not the only one to have experienced this kind of behavior and don't know how they've stayed in business so long with such rude employees. There are no return visits here in my future.

Overpriced. Very overpriced…read more Most college bookstores are overpriced, but this one has an added feature: they sell used books almost exclusively for their textbooks. For the prices they charge, you can get the same book new online. The cafe in there is slow and doesn't have a very good food selection. That said, they do have a large selection of other books, lots of WSU logo stuff, and general school supplies. Useful if you need those things in a hurry.

If you're looking for brand WSU swag, then this off site location is the place to go. They have an…read moreabundance of apparel on two floors. The mens section is on the first floor and the second floor holds the women's clothes. Keep in mind this place is a but pricier because these are the branded clothes. They do have a sale or clearance section for men and women each. I found some unique clothings and good prices. Also, this location is off campus so it is a little drive away.

The location is so over stocked they have three massive, tarped areas in their parking lot and room for only two vehicles to park. it's a fire hazard inside the building and they are in no way interested in making a sale. They have a big selection of kids books, romance, mystery, and general fiction. I didn't head over to the other side of the store with all the non-fiction biographies history and other types. The store is set up very nice neat and clean. We ended up getting a bunch of kids books and because we joined their trade in program each hardback was two dollars and every softback book was a dollar. Definitely gonna be coming to this bookstore a lot.

I typically would always buy new books but heard about a sale here and checked it out earlier this year...one dollar for four kids' books; we came home with eight total. Many of the books we purchased were similar to ones on her Amazon wish list for a minimum of five dollars apiece and we got them for $.25 each -- wow!! Today we brought three books to trade in (easy process) which resulted in a trade of three children's books, including one that is on Amazon for $10 (see pictured) and is in excellent condition.
