I did not drop the phone, expose it to moisture, or misuse it in any way. I simply took it out of my pocket and the display was suddenly unusable--green and black discoloration with severe lines across the screen. For context, the phone was in a protective case and had a screen protector installed at the time. Despite these protections and normal, careful use, the replacement screen still catastrophically failed. A screen replacement should last significantly longer than a few weeks. This kind of failure strongly suggests low-quality parts and/or poor workmanship. I now have a non-functional device after paying for a repair that was supposed to fix the problem, not create a new one. The inconvenience, cost, and time wasted dealing with this issue are unacceptable. I would strongly caution others against using this business if they expect a reliable, durable repair or any reasonable standard of quality control.

Also as I continue to pre order products from this location I have only once received a phone call on a pre order. They then also went and sold the pre order after a couple days and communicated to them I wasn't ready. They will hold other products from other customers from months at a time. Every time I have had an issue with receiving my products. I have tried to pick up other peoples products that are over 48 hours and refuse to sell it. I am canceling all my pre orders because the world has a large amount of other shops and we could easily have this one shut down and have no issues with target and Walmart being around.

This is a considerably larger store than the one we have in our town. They had basically everything a nerd could want. DND books and minis, magic cards, Pokémon, half of the store was cosplay stuff, mangas, war hammer, and other rpg and tabletop games. They had a reasonably sized play area that we could see. We intended on coming to the Friday night Magic events that they host but sadly we're unable to make it. The store was clean and the people were friendly and helpful. One of the cool features that they have is a tablet in store that you can search for cards through. You can also get the app and leisurely search at home and they will have the cards ready for pick up.

I knew the author and title and walked up to the register to ask where I might find it, but the two employees were engaged in conversation and didn't even acknowledge my presence for at least 3 minutes. When the red-headed female employee did finally acknowledge me, it was with an irritated smirk, as if I was disturbing them. This dismissive and disrespectful behavior was repeated several times before I decided to leave. I have over 30 years experience in business ownership and retail management and this is absolutely no way to treat prospective customers. You should never make a customer wait without being acknowledged while you engage in conversation with another employee or are looking down at the register. When you do engage with a customer, you should be welcoming, friendly and polite. I see from prior reviews that I am not the only one to have experienced this kind of behavior and don't know how they've stayed in business so long with such rude employees. There are no return visits here in my future.
