Seems they have gone thru a bankrupcy, been sold, now I don't know where they are. Products are great, picking and shipping is atrocious! Been trying to get hold of them for a week now and they are avoiding solving my problem with receiving the wrong items from what I ordered. Not good. read more

Tried ordering bot 9mm and .45 bullets for reloading listed in stock. Website is horrible. Attempted 5 different times and site always came back something was wrong when everything was completed. Fed up and not worth my time any longer. Considering their rating probably best! read more

Great product, but they have a flawed inventory/shipping system and EXTREMELY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Lisa was unnecessarily rude and vulgar to me, I was nothing but respectful and mature with her. When I asked to speak to a supervisor after she hung up on me, a lady (said her family owned the business) didnt care in the least about this and denied that I was spoken to in a rude manner by Lisa. There are other very good bullet manufacturers with better customer service. read more

My experience with Extreme has been fantastic. Unlike the other post Lisa has been very helpful and definately polite. Angela has provided useful information regarding velocities when reloading. She has knowledge of IDPA as a shooter and uses Extreme Bullets herself. Ordering has not been an issue considering the high volume of orders they are trying to fill. They work hard to satisfy their customers. I was given a tour of the facility by Anthony who was very knowledge in eack of the processing areas. All in all I am very satisfied with their customer service and delivery times. I will continue to do business with Extreme. Customer feedback has been at or above satisfactory. I have dome business with X-treme Bullets several times. Great products and great staff. They have given me lots of free samples over the years. The ladies always insist to load my order as I walk with a cane. I like the thicker plating they use as most of my loads are fired in MGs. read more
