He had only had it a couple months before it broke…read more He said the manager was short and chubby and was rude and said their policy is to not accept returns and suggested he contact the manufacturer. He told her they are not going to do anything about it either. She said he needed a receipt to return it and he told her he had it at home and could bring it in. She said they don't take returns. He said he was trying to explain how the product wasn't great and broke after a short time and she didn't care. As he was leaving, another male cashier made a statement that seemed threatening and out of line. My husband said he told them that he will not return to this store and will go elsewhere. The manager didn't seemed to care. Every time I've been there the store is empty with no customers in it. Maybe people would shop there if there customer service was better. The employees always act like they don't want to be working there. Maybe management sucks.
