The salesman was aware we would be pulling the trailer. The 5th wheel hitch is in the bed of the truck. Steiner's installed the xm antenna at the back of the cab which will be in frequent conflict with the trailer. We just left there asking them to move it to the front of their cab. They want $120 to do the move! A man with the last name of Steiner told my husband they don't have time to ask 100 questions. I prefer to buy local, but we will not be doing any further business with Steiner's.

After telling us that the price that they gave us was WORST CASE. I hope the people down there see this and do something about it because it's not right. the rear ones we got To work but due to the head unit they put in we have no power to the speakers

I Had a light that was flickering. I called and had ME come look at it and they fixed it in 1.5…read morehours. I had already replaced the light fixture and the switch. They fixed the problem. I also had them add a plug in near another light switch. They charged me for 4 hours labor (according to my cameras they were only there 1.5) and some minimal parts that came to $402. Seemed pretty outrageously high for what was done (double what I expected). So now I just won't call them again for anything else in the future at those prices. Maybe there is a minimum 4 hour charge? I wasnt informed of that, if that is the case.
