I wanted a few changes, and ended up with something that looked absolutely seamless--like it was meant to be that way. Had Masters touch do some work for me recently. I have to say they are all some of the most honest and easy to get along with group of guys. I just happened to find one small imperfection and with out asking them to fix it 3 of the guys jumped in and offered to fix it. Master's Touch recently made and installed kitchen cabinets for my home. I could not be more happy with them. Everyone at Master's Touch was very nice and helpful, my final bill matched my estimate to the penny, and my cabinets look great. I am so glad that I went with custom cabinets. I had priced cabinets at Home Depot and a local hardware store, and Master's Touch had the best bid. The cabinets are of very good quality and rock solid and they made them exactly to my design. They also sprayed them my custom color and the look is flawless and professional. Brandon, who did our demolition and installation, was great. He was friendly, calm, skilled, and quick. They also made new doors for our old ceiling-mounted cabinets. Now they look brand new and were quite cheap. I took a couple bed sides in about a year ago and had Master's Touch Woodworking make some new ones because the previous ones cracked and were no longer useable. Their work lasted just a few months when one side cracked and were no longer good. I took the boards into their shop to have them fixed AGAIN. Luckily the boards were under warranty and they were replaced. BUT they had the boards for over 2 MONTHS and I never once received a phone call from them giving me an update. When I dropped them off to get fixed for the second time I asked how long we should be looking at. The older lady said it shouldn't take long. Now I understand that working with wood can take some time but when not one employee there was helpful. Within the 2 Months of them "working" on the boards I went to their shop four times to find out for myself what was the hold up. They would write down my phone number each time and say they would contact me with an update- THAT WAS NEVER DONE. After numerous times of checking in they were finally done but they are not guaranteeing their work. I am giving them 2 stares for the horrible customer service and so far their work not holding up to par. I am hoping the new boards will hold up. If not I am out $250 and a bed. Also a successful business does not make the customer say the first word every time they arrive on site. I would not suggest their work to anyone, even for little projects like bed sides.
