They made us feel at home. The actual shopping experience was like that too. There was absolutely no pressure. On some items, when we wanted to spend less money, they immediately switched to similar products to ones that they believed that we might like. They made sure that we were completely satisfied. Also, their prices were comparable with all the major chains. Costco did have better prices, but the selection of course was extremely limited. Had a new furnace and ac unit installed last summer. Come cold weather my furnace worked for a week…read moreor two before shutting down. Bill's came out promptly each time but never fixed the problem. Finally after having a cold house all winter, they found the heat exchanger defective and they would call to schedule repair. No word for 3 weeks so I called them and was told the part was back ordered and estimated time would be 90 days without a furnace.I was given some portable electric heaters in the mean time . So after paying almost $9,000 I get a cold house. Just before Memorial day weekend they called and said they had the parts and would be out the next week. But no. The afternoon before the appointment I received a call that they received a lot of calls from people having ac problems so they put me after them and set the repair back till the following week. I've been waiting 10 months for a working furnace and still am. Bill, the owner texted me and apologized and blamed it on China, tariffs, and the manufacturer Revolv. But all year they are still installing them for new customers. They honor the 10 year warranty and will keep trying to get a working furnace in my house after meeting the needs of new customers first. I am a 73 yr old single, disabled person on Social security that's being kicked to the back of the priority list. We will see what happens. This is about Bill's Heating and AC.

Their price was nearly double the price of the next lower quote. I guess since they new the AC needed replaced and that the heat predicted for the next week was over 100 degrees then they would just try to gouge the heck out of me. I will actively tell everyone that will listen on just how stupid this company is. I got quotes from all the other HVAC companies in the LC Valley and they were all within 10% of each other but not these common day rip offs, they were double the price of the other quotes and then acted like they were giving me a good deal.
