They will show up completely unannounced, refuse to communicate with you if you call to ask questions. When the owner does finally talk to you, you'll get the message you should be thankful they decided to do any work for you at all. The young skinny guy with the glasses is rude and unprofessional. Probably the owner's son. When it came to scheduling. The owner was completely rude and impatient. Then he asked if I was the tenant, because they like to treat tenants like second class citizens. Previously a couple years back the same kid with the glasses tried to walk past my wife through our front door when she answered it. He said who he was and then just tried to walk in past her not even waiting for her to get out of the way trying to force her out of the way basically. another time while 1 person was working on the central heating and Air he was sitting on our Christmas tree in the box smashing the box in. The owner said they would be here at 9am. 9:15 rolls around and I call for an update which I shouldn't have had to do, and they said they would be here in a couple minutes. 25 minutes later they show up. I explain how the owner was rude they called the owner and the owner told them to leave. Which is great, because they don't deserve the business. I have dealt with the other HVAC companies in town, and none of them were unprofessional like this. My recommendation is to go with any other company. They all got great reviews from me!

    I reached out to Bill's Heating & A/C because my furnace was making a loud noise throughout the…read morehouse, and I wanted it checked out. To his credit, the technician provided a detailed report. However, while I was at work, he pressured my wife to sign for a brand-new furnace on the spot. He didn't seem to want her to consult with me first. After that experience, I had another company inspect it. They informed me it was just a bad bearing in the blower, and the rest of the system was intact and as the system may be older, there was plenty of life left in the system. It seems the technicians earn a hefty commission for the sale of new equipment.

    Called for a repair, tech came out, told me motor was out and was low on Freon and probably had a…read moreleak. Said I would need a whole new system including furnace (system is 13 years old). Did not discuss options about repairs, just that I needed new system. What he was saying didn't make since so I called another company tech came out said it was the capacitor and had it fixed within 5 minutes, part in his truck. No Freon needed. Then got a 13k estimate from Bills for all the new unit and estimates for other service options to my unit If lesser options. None which were discussed with me in person as the only one he presented was a new system. I wrote a Google review and then the owner responded with the audacity of justifying his tech and commenting he was sorry that I decided to just "kick the can down the road". As a customer, I expect to be given full information including a temporary repair. Glad that I didn't stick with partial information.
