I needed a whole new breaker panel, polarity checks, new wiring and 2 ground poles put in my tiny crawlspace! We had gone 2 months without electricity. Collier Electric heard about us and called me because they genuinely wanted to help. They came that day, made an assessment, gave me a bid which was the best price in this whole area of all I called which was all I could find online and in the phone book. They made an appointment. They were punctual, professional, polite, respectful, and informative. We hardly could tell they were even here! From initial contact to completion it was only 4 days including the weekend. Labor was done in les than half a day, they even swept my floor! These guys will forever be my go to, and I can confidently recommend them given their quality work, decades of experience, licensed, bonded, they can do small residential to large commercial jobs. Hands down the best price I could find in the Lewis-Clark Valley, The Palouse and The Prairie! Colliers were so efficient and professional. They were such a godsend for me! I couldn't be more grateful!

I messaged Drain Pro to get them to map the pipe so the plumbers could replace it. They responded to my inquiry quickly and showed up exactly when they said they would. They checked the pipe, found that it was mostly just clogged, and showed us that the hole is very small and likely does not need replacement at this point. Then he gave us advice on how to keep it clear without them having to do it regularly, but also that he's happy to keep checking it for us going forward. Additionally, we had a power outage literally right as he was about to put the snake down the pipe, but they came back a couple hours later (well after 6pm) when the power was back and did the job. Then they didn't charge me an arm and a leg! The guys were very polite, went out of their way to be neat (going around the house instead of through it), and cleaned up after themselves. Couldn't be happier. I hope I don't need their services anymore, but I'll happily use them again if I do.

After calling around the area, Mike Uhlenkott was the only one who answered right away -- and from that first call, I knew we'd found the right person. Mike's customer service is truly world-class. He came out the next day, explained everything clearly, and even gave me tips on what I could do ahead of time to help the process. He had all the parts ready and got us on the schedule quickly. When he showed up Friday afternoon, he realized I'd torn up the system so badly that we were completely out of water -- but he didn't miss a beat. Within an hour, the groundwork, pump, and pressure tank were installed. Even when he had to leave briefly for a local football game, his crew stayed and kept things rolling. By 9 p.m. that same night, we had running water again! Mike and his team worked late, stayed upbeat, and truly embraced the struggle (just like the sticker on their truck says). My wife and I were blown away by their professionalism and dedication. We couldn't be happier with the results or the experience. If you want someone reliable, responsive, and committed to doing the job right, call Mike Uhlenkott and his crew -- you won't regret it!
