They made us feel at home. The actual shopping experience was like that too. There was absolutely no pressure. On some items, when we wanted to spend less money, they immediately switched to similar products to ones that they believed that we might like. They made sure that we were completely satisfied. Also, their prices were comparable with all the major chains. Costco did have better prices, but the selection of course was extremely limited. We were incredibly impressed and would certainly do business there again.

We did and ended up buying several of their floor models which I absolutely loved! They could have just let us pay full price but they wanted us to be able to get what we wanted. Wow! Who does that? I would avoid using Cheetah. They charge a dispatch fee of $90 before providing an estimate. Then…read morethey do a "safety inspection" regardless of the job you need help with. This takes quite awhile. Only after that do they present several quotes ranging thousands of dollars and including work they propose based on the inspection. In the end even the lowest quote they provided us was $500 more than another electrician had quoted us. Use caution and learn from our mistake!
