Then I called a few of them to get information. My priority was to contact companies with good reviews. Therefore, I had hesitation to call this company (Aloha Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning) because there was not even one review or star. Anyway, in the end, I just decided to give a call to this company and see if I can get a good deal. After I talked to the owner of the company (unfortunately I forgot his name) and getting the information and price, I change my mind and I decided to consider this company. Finally, I decided to ask this company to do the job for me. I am fully satisfied with what this company did for me. The owner is a very friendly man with great knowledge about his job (in terms of chemistry, management, etc.). He did the work while I enjoy talking and learning from him. He was very punctual (even came earlier than promised time as I requested). His device/facility looked professional to me. The price was also the cheapest among the other companies I called. If I could give more than five stars to this company, I would definitely do that. I highly recommend this company.

Then they called and said they would be another hour late For the same reason I suppose. Two hours late on a weekday afternoon because a costumer was being fickle. The guy banged on my door, didn't introduce himself or the company he worked for (I got the company name later; still don't know his name), then was incredibly and consistently rude to me the entire time, talking down to me and making snide comments. Had my boyfriend not been with me at the time, I would have kicked him out no question about it, because he actually made me feel unsafe. The second time he knocked on my door went about just as well as the first time. It's not my fault the pipes burst, it's not my fault my carpet got wet (I actually managed to save most of it), and I do not appreciate being treated that way in my home. Do yourself a favor and steer well clear of this business.

And they were careful to put our wood furniture on foam blocks to avoid any moisture damage while the carpets were drying. The crew also repaired several sections of carpet with wrinkles from stretching. That tured out great as well. While moving one of the beds, the crew accidentally damaged a light switch.
