Anyway, in the end, I just decided to give a call to this company and see if I can get a good deal. After I talked to the owner of the company (unfortunately I forgot his name) and getting the information and price, I change my mind and I decided to consider this company. The owner is a very friendly man with great knowledge about his job (in terms of chemistry, management, etc.). He did the work while I enjoy talking and learning from him. The guy banged on my door, didn't introduce himself or the company he worked for (I got the company name later; still don't know his name), then was incredibly and consistently rude to me the entire time, talking down to me and making snide comments. Had my boyfriend not been with me at the time, I would have kicked him out no question about it, because he actually made me feel unsafe. The second time he knocked on my door went about just as well as the first time. It's not my fault the pipes burst, it's not my fault my carpet got wet (I actually managed to save most of it), and I do not appreciate being treated that way in my home. Do yourself a favor and steer well clear of this business.
