The installer was skilled and conscientious. The only problem we encountered was an occasional lack of communication regarding when the installer would be working. We were also a bit disappointed that the business owner never checked with us to ask if we were satisfied with the job. Since the services from a flooring store are more costly than, say, a Home Depot I expected more personalized customer care. Overall, I would recommend this business and will definitely use them again.
