The charges for the service provided were excessive and they did a poor job. I will definitely make the trip to Blue Ribbon in the future.

10000% would not recommend!! I dropped my wedding dress and veil off in July, two days after my wedding, to the Moscow location. I was told it would be done around mid-September. I received a phone call around the end of August quoting me a price of roughly $270 to clean my dress and veil, which I confirmed was fine. My dress had 5 layers, so I had already figured it would cost a bit because of the time needed to clean. At that point, I thought, they are confirming the price, they are going to start cleaning it. I called again in mid-September and was told they off source their wedding dresses and the lady who cleans them had been sick so there was a delay. Called again in October and was told it still wasn't done and they needed to contact the lady who cleans them to figure out what was going on. They stated it could be taking longer if there were stains that needed to be deep cleaned - mind you, there were no stains on my dress, just dirt and bugs from an outside wedding. At that point, I was in a panic that perhaps my dress and veil had been lost. I asked them to just get the dress back, I would pick it up and take it elsewhere as they have had it for 3 months already. When they called me back, they stated she hadn't gotten to it yet, but they could start that day and have it done and return it to me by the next Monday, and they would give me a discount (kudos to them for offering that). I declined and said I would just like to come and get it and take it elsewhere. A few days later, I received a phone call saying that my dress and veil had been returned to the store and I could come and pick it up. When I got there, I opened the garment bags to check for any damage. I was then told by the associate that the lady who cleans them said, she just couldn't clean my dress. This business does nothing but lie to you. Why would you quote me a price and keep my items for 3 months, if you weren't able to clean it. The first time you looked at my items, you should have determined then that you couldn't clean it and asked me to take it elsewhere. Nothing but lies and unprofessionalism! read more

They completely ruined a custom/handmade designer shirt and refused to make appropriate reparations.

The workers are kind that is for sure, but I will NEVER take my items there again. I gave them 5 items to launder of which one also needed to be repaired. They gave me back items that had not been cleaned at all, had new stains, and took 9 months to give me back a shirt of which only had 1/3 tasks accomplished (which the hole they repaired looked as if a toddler had sewn it). Two of my items even came back with new stains. read more

Tia, the manager, was AWESOME! She helped answer all of my dry cleaning questions and inquiries and made sure to take note of little detailed requests I had for clothes. I have yet to pick the items up -- so, another review to come :) -- but I can already tell our clothes are in good hands. read more

I will never take my clothes there ever again. I brought in a brand new Calvin Klein blazer, and they left the sleeves rolled up. Somehow, a bead or sequin fell into one of the cuffs and melted while they were cleaning it. I desperately needed it for an interview so I kept the sleeves rolled up so the stain would be hidden, and they told me to bring it back afterwards and they would clean it again and get the stain out for free. They also forgot a pair of pants of mine at their Moscow location and I had to go over there and get them myself. They compensated my dry cleaning which was nice, but I was still a little upset with how neglectful they were with my clothes. So about three weeks later I take my blazer back in for them to get out the stain that they made. I came back when it was ready, and the stain was still there. They said, "We tried to get the stain out but we couldn't so sorry." That was it. It was like they didn't care that they ruined someone's jacket. I'm surprised that their manager didn't take the initiative to contact me and apologize or didn't offer to compensate me for the $100.00 blazer that they ruined. It was a huge disappointment to me and I have never experienced such poor customer service like this before. read more

Back in May I brought in my shirts to be laundered. One was misplaced and has never been located. This is the second time this has happened and the first time it was located. The young lady at the Pullman location was very nice and deferred all communication with Boden who agreed to replace my lost shirt with a new one. I even gave him a $10 off certificate. The shirt is from Eddie Bauer and runs about $50 before the $10 coupon is applied. So after a few weeks I called Boden on June 4th and he said he had lost my phone number and had not ordered the shirt - I know I am in your computer system so I know he is not telling the truth and had not ordered the replacement shirt. So now we are 3 weeks after our last conversation with no communication from Boden and no shirt. When I last picked up my laundry I had a balance of $21.25 which I agreed to pay once the shirt was replaced. I have not been to the cleaners recently and with the service I have received I am not sure I will be taking my cleaning to Western. read more

I went here after I broke a zipper on a garment that I needed the next morning. Needless to say that it was an emergency situation. They told me that it would be at LEAST a week to fix it. When I asked if they could point me in the direction of someone who could fix it and they laughed. "Good luck" they said. read more

I will not return to Western Laundry, nor would I ever recommend them. Their customer service is truly lacking! On two occasions in the past year, I've taken items to them for dry cleaning. Each time I was quoted a pick-up time 1 week after the drop-off date. The first time, I waited 9 days to return, and still had to make a second trip back 2 days later to finally get my items. Most recently, I took them 2 items, one of which was ready 1 week later as quoted. It took 5 additional days to get my second item. Each time I checked in, I was told "it should be on the truck today from Moscow." On only 1 encounter did I get an apology for the multiple trips and inconveniences which this created, and never an offer to discount a future cleaning to make up for it. The quality of their cleaning is good, but it's their organization, poor customer service, and apparent disinterest in keeping me as a customer that leaves me totally dissatisfied. read more

I took a suit to the dry cleaning about a year ago after getting some stains on it. They gave me a date to come back on, and when I came back on that day to pick it up, the suit was not ready. Although it was a hassle to have to drive back to the store one more time to pick it up once it was finally ready, they made the situation better and offered my next dry cleaning to be free. Even though I didn't come back to the store for a year, as I didn't need any dry cleaning done, they still did not charge me as they had said. Convenient location to the WSU campus makes it easy to go back to them for dry cleaning. They also did a good job with cleaning my clothes. read more
