They absolutely destroyed my suit. The leather pieces are completely gone, the suit appears stretched in the front and is no longer crisp. I think they ran it through an industrial washing machine vs dry cleaning it like we paid for. It's beyond repair. They also destroyed my wife's jacket. All the rhinestones are gone. It appears they ran this through a washing machine too instead of dry cleaning. Both items are ruined. We paid them over $1000 to handle all our items. They never disclosed the damage to us. There's no way they didn't see it. They told my wife they take before and after pictures of everyone but strangly they refused to show them to us. They accused my wife of "bringing the items in already damaged." This is the wost service we have ever experienced. They have made zero effort to resolve this issue and have not contacted us back at all. Do not use them.

The back of the receipt says nothing of the sort. Now when picking it up I see they completely damaged the cashmere making it bleed into other parts of the scarf, roughing it up and ruining it. And boy, am I glad that I did! TIMING. The turn-around time was very typical. I dropped off two 2-piece suits on a Tuesday morning and was told it would be ready on Friday afternoon. I dropped off 3 more suit jackets on a Monday morning and was told it would be ready Wednesday afternoon. This is very reasonable and if you wear suits on the reg, you should be rotating your suits through the cleaners rather than dropping them all off at once resulting in being stuck with nothing for days. Even coming from the big cities of LA and Seattle, anyone expecting anything quicker than these time frames just isn't being reasonable. PRICES. Prices were also very reasonable. At the time of this post, suit jacket separates cost $8 per coat (for my three, it was $24 before taxes). For my two suits (2-piece), it was $31.58 with taxes. You don't pay upfront, you pay when you pick up your garments. OTHER. Although I cannot speak for anything other than men's suits, I know they also do alterations. SERVICE. The ladies are incredibly friendly and my suits came out clean, fresh, and ready to take on whatever the world was going to throw at them (lol!). They store is a decent size for a tailor and they have multiple sewing machines/threads for their sewing classes. They play great music too :) They charge a little extra for rush hours, depending how short of a time frame you need your alterations by, but it seems reasonable. They were the only tailors I could find in the area (Spot Shop in Pullman does not offer alterations anymore) and I was so relieved that they had such great customer service. They have an area with little handmade merchandise for purchase, such as baby bibs and yoga mat holders. I got a cute chicken/rooster print boho bag. I hope they open up a stand at the Moscow Farmer's Market soon...they have such cute prints for their fabrics! I am having a bridesmaid dress hemmed and will be receiving it next week but I am sure that it will turn out great. I will be back again if I ever need alterations!
