My father has never had his seats returned. When we dropped them off they told us they would give us a call when they are done. On our part we didn't ask for a purchase order, receipt, or any proof, but all seemed fine. Months pass, a year, no word. My father reached out to them several times and conveniently the person he needed to talk to was never around. So, he just gave up. I haven't actually purchased anything from Mattoon's, but that's only because they didn't charge me. I walked in with a chewed corner of my dining chair (the work of a bored puppy) and Angie quickly fixed the chair the minute I got there in order to save me a trip from Pullman.
