There are cameras everywhere so I felt very safe. Craig the owner is very accommodating and helpful. I asked him tons of questions because I had a one month rental, was visiting for a few days and I needed to move things out very quickly. Their rates are great and I was happy to be able to rent for just one month. I met a few other renters that had rented for awhile and they all had good things to say about Craig and his responsiveness. Try them out!

First, the prices are reasonable. We contracted for a 5' x 10' storage space to move our student's belongings during the summer months. The price was $60 and we received a 50% off for the second month. There was a $10 service fee which was also quite reasonable. Beth, the woman I dealt with was professional, friendly and had an amazing funny streak! I loved speaking with her. She made everything easy. They have larger storage space but we only needed to store a bed/dresser and other odds and ends. It's comforting to know this place exists as we need to move our student's belongings for the summer. I highly recommend Advantage Mini Storage and hope you get to talk to Beth, who as I said is pleasant, funny and hard working!

THE VERY NEXT DAY NOT EVEN GIVING ME A CHANCE TO GET SOMEONE I COULD TRUST OVER THERE, didn't even want to give him a star at all, that and its the filthiest storage unit I ever had, a lot of my cloths and stuff were just ruined from the inch of dirt all over them, the dirt was so thick I'd be coughing my head off and just gave up and left last time I was trying to gather some more things for the trip to my new place if residence. Has been broken into multiple times without notifying anyone. Zero gates or other forms of protection. Didn't notify backup number of the situation, sent a random email about it. Didn't even apologize when over half my belongings were stolen. Completely unacceptable. Don't take a chance here.

A lot of people only right reviews when things are bad but we are so extremely satisfied that we're here to report because it was EXCELLENT SERVICE! Choose a more secure spot, crack heads are bad enough these days with out making it easy like this place does. Cameras and signs are cheap and securing gates is damn near free.
