Pros. They finished cleaning my suit quickly, only about two business days. Cons. They nearly ruined my suit by hanging it on cheap wire hangers without cardboard shoulder protectors. Had to repress it myself to remove the marks on the shoulders. Have had a suit ruined by cheap hangers before. Thought a professional would know better....most cleaners do. These guys don't! I had to run a lint roller all over my suit to remove the white cat hairs after having it cleaned. Note: I don't own a white cat! They quoted me one price over the phone but when I went to pick it up, they charged me more. Apparently it costs more to clean wool than other fabrics. Nice of them to tell me when they quoted me the price. No other cleaner has different prices for different fabrics. In summary, no way I'd use them again nor recommend them to anyone else! read more

This is where I do all of my dry cleaning. I primarily have my suit cleaned here, and I've never had a problem (and it's an expensive suit). The staff is friendly, and after only a few visits they know your name. The price isn't too bad, either. read more

They do wash and fold laundry for non commercial walk in customer. Good work.....but pricey.

I had a chair cover cleaned. They elected to launder instead of dry clean fabric. Needless to say the cushion cover was ruined. They sent me to a decorator that I was unfamiliar with to have my damage taken care of. The decorator was unable to match the fabric on my chairs so she had them reupholstered. Upon completion fo the work Blue Ribbon refused to pay for the repairs. Needless to say I have suffered financial loss, loss of my time and a great deal of trouble. I would never under any circumstances use or recommend them to anyone. read more

We moved to Idaho from the Southeastern part of the U.S. back in 2013. I went online to find a dry cleaning establishment close to where I live (not in Lewiston), and was very disappointed in the results. I was warned by a local woman who moved from the same area we are originally from, that the local cleaners will NOT be up to the standard that we are used to. Unfortunately, she was correct, as we had problems with the local cleaner's standards from the beginning. As a result, I decided to try drive all the way to Lewiston, which is about 45-mins from where we currently live in Idaho, and give BLUE RIBBON LINEN cleaners a shot.......... and boy was it one of the best decision I made! I have been doing business with them for over two years now, and EVERY time I leave laundry/clothes off, it's always cleaned/pressed PERFECTLY. Maybe it's me, but my husband's shirts should ALWAYS be returned starched, pressed, and lined in all the right places, for that "professional" look. Blue Ribbon Linen clean/press these men's shirts PERFECTLY, every time. I cannot even begin to state how grateful I am to find a cleaners that knows how to press men's shirts properly. As for women's professional dresses, Blue Ribbon Linen has cleaned/pressed ALL of my silk, wool, and/or blue jean outfits incredibly well. They know how to clean silk properly. They know how to clean wool properly. They know how to press jean jackets so that they are not too starched, but starched enough (lightly). The prior cleaners I went to in our town damaged a brand new Calvin Klein dress I had, along with another newly purchased dress, causing discoloration and a small stain. So trust me when I state that Blue Ribbon Linen has renewed my faith that there are cleaners who know exactly how to press/clean your clothes. I did read the comment from another Yelp user stating that they were upset that Blue Ribbon Linen charged more to clean a wool item. I am not sure where this person is originally from, but EVERYWHERE I have lived (Northeastern part U.S., Southeastern part of U.S., etc..) the cleaners have ALWAYS charged more to clean wool. It's not the same as cleaning a cotton shirt. Wool is cleaned differently, so is a bit pricier to clean. What I can say, however, is that when I pick up ALL laundry from Blue Ribbon Linen, that there are no stains, odors, and/or improper creases. I only say that, because the last cleaner I went to stated to me (erroneously) that they can't guarantee odors to be removed from the underarm part of my husband's business shirts. That was such a terrible thing to say, as EVERY cleaner I have been to has ALWAYS been able to remove all odors and/or stains from his or my clothes. To date, Blue Ribbon has returned our garments without odors or stains. Yes, I do recommend Blue Ribbon Linen Supply for your dry cleaning needs. I am about to take some drapes for them to clean, and I know, without a doubt, that they will be returned to me looking cleaner and better than when I drop them off. Thanks, Blue Ribbon Linen!
