In very little time they located the problem and began clean up and moving things to prevent any further damage. They informed us of what happened and all they were doing. The next day a crew arrived, removed damaged sheet rock, insulation, carpet, etc. They set up fans and dehumidifiers and in several days the damaged area was dry and the moisture level was well within a safe level. They gave us a complete report and also forwarded it to our insurance company. Very thorough, very competent and very professional. I think these folks can fix anything.

Then they called and said they would be another hour late For the same reason I suppose. Two hours late on a weekday afternoon because a costumer was being fickle.
