And they were careful to put our wood furniture on foam blocks to avoid any moisture damage while the carpets were drying. The crew also repaired several sections of carpet with wrinkles from stretching. That tured out great as well. While moving one of the beds, the crew accidentally damaged a light switch. They…read morecontacted us about a hour before our appointment and said they were going to be about an hour late, due to the costumer they were at wanted more things done. Then they called and said they would be another hour late For the same reason I suppose. Two hours late on a weekday afternoon because a costumer was being fickle. Not cool castle carpeting, not cool. The guy who came did a great job but management needs to get their act together. I will look for other options next year.
