I figured at most it would be $100 or very close to that since I was just replacing one Gas stove with a new model. The bill was $292 for installing my stove that is outrageous!!! I was NOT informed that they start charging when they leave the office...my house is 30 min away from Their business and the two workers got lost and were driving around for an extra 30 min...(they did NOT call me for directions) and they were not off the clock until They got back to the garage. Almost $300 to hook up a new stove....I FEEL RAPED! THEY ARE VERY EXPENSIVE. I still can't believe that they think it is ok to Charge $292 just to hook up a new gas stove....they do not do billing and that is Not said up front either. I will never use this business again. I advise everyone to Skip over Carlson Plumbing and look elsewhere...there are a lot of other business' In the area that are not trying to rip-off their customers.

We have had intermittent problems with a slow drain under the slab in our basement that we know has…read morea hole in it. I messaged Drain Pro to get them to map the pipe so the plumbers could replace it. They responded to my inquiry quickly and showed up exactly when they said they would. They checked the pipe, found that it was mostly just clogged, and showed us that the hole is very small and likely does not need replacement at this point. Then he gave us advice on how to keep it clear without them having to do it regularly, but also that he's happy to keep checking it for us going forward. Additionally, we had a power outage literally right as he was about to put the snake down the pipe, but they came back a couple hours later (well after 6pm) when the power was back and did the job. Then they didn't charge me an arm and a leg! The guys were very polite, went out of their way to be neat (going around the house instead of through it), and cleaned up after themselves. Couldn't be happier. I hope I don't need their services anymore, but I'll happily use them again if I do.
