We have had intermittent problems with a slow drain under the slab in our basement that we know has…read morea hole in it. I messaged Drain Pro to get them to map the pipe so the plumbers could replace it. They responded to my inquiry quickly and showed up exactly when they said they would. They checked the pipe, found that it was mostly just clogged, and showed us that the hole is very small and likely does not need replacement at this point. Then he gave us advice on how to keep it clear without them having to do it regularly, but also that he's happy to keep checking it for us going forward. Additionally, we had a power outage literally right as he was about to put the snake down the pipe, but they came back a couple hours later (well after 6pm) when the power was back and did the job. Then they didn't charge me an arm and a leg! The guys were very polite, went out of their way to be neat (going around the house instead of through it), and cleaned up after themselves. Couldn't be happier. I hope I don't need their services anymore, but I'll happily use them again if I do.

He put the snake in the ground maybe 30 feet. I guess they charge by the foot?? We were told 138$ an hour. He was here maybe 40 minutes. Did not even try another line or any other options, just said well your septic is full and left. Bill was 425$ When I called the owner in shock, he blamed because he has 25,000$ in equipment which is not my problem. He said call anyone you will pay the same or more! Well then tell me that in the beginning! Not after the job is done....he also made me feel like an idiot because I was frustrated! He does not know customer service and pretty sure others are just as frustrated!! He said he has others that complain and he just ignores the complaints cause there is too many... I would hate owning a business that is not honest and makes customers happy...he said he gets complaints, but does not respond to them because he has plenty of business!!!
