I am going to preface this review with the fact that there is a pandemic raging on. I went here…read morerecently to buy some grub screws for some equipment. I ask the counter man for a 1/4 inch long 1/4 by 20 and I wanted one longer and 1 shorter of the same thread pattern. I was told by the counterman he was not going to do that and he proceeded to bring me this single 1/4 inch long grubs group. I asked him if he had any other sizes, he stated yes we do, im just not doing that. The store is roped off so you must go to the counter and you cannot help yourself. I was put off by his unwillingness to support my request. After all I was going to pay for all the items I was not simply browsing.. I purchased everything else that I was looking for at the time and left without the grub screws. I eventually went to Amazon and brought a grub screw assortment of the size in question and found just what I needed. Turns out he could have sold me 3 screws for the need of one and it was actually in the 1 length shorter variety. I will likely return, however this will not be my 1st stop no matter how convenient if the counter man simply is too lazy to help out
