When I arrived in store, they did not honor the price given me just a few days earlier, telling me the same bed was $80 more expensive, and they were only willing to take $30 off. I also had a $25 gift card I had won in a weekly contest through their company, but when I told them they treated me very skeptically, acted like they didn't know what I was talking about, and didn't even try looking me up in their system. I ended up having to show them a picture on my phone proving that I'd won, before they grudgingly wrote out a certificate for me to use. Staff was unfriendly overall and seemed more interested in chatting with one another than in assisting me. Probably would have purchased more items in store, but their attitude left me wanting to leave as soon as possible.
