While she was breastfeeding her baby poolside, a staff member approached her and told her she had to leave the pool area to nurse. When she politely asked what policy required this, he admitted they had no policy and instead claimed that "no food or drink" was allowed in the pool area--as though breastfeeding a baby is equivalent to eating or drinking. Breastfeeding is not "food or drink" in the sense of a pool rule. It is the natural way a mother feeds her child and is protected by law. No nursing mother should be made to feel embarrassed, singled out, or forced to leave simply because she is feeding her baby. This interaction reflects a serious lack of training, understanding, and respect for nursing mothers. I sincerely hope management addresses this immediately by educating staff on the rights of breastfeeding parents and ensuring no other family experiences this kind of treatment. Until that happens, I cannot recommend this facility to families with infants. Mothers should be welcomed--not shamed--for caring for their babies.

I said I didn't understand l do business with them every year l was then firmly told l was not a current customer.. over the past 5 years l have spent several thousands including new equipment and other services l have always recommended them to others. I can honestly tell you that ended today.

But unfortunately, the leak we had asked to be fixed was not repaired during the four hours we were charged, one and a half hours of which were spent simply waiting for the spa to fill, which with appropriate communication, we would have done prior to his return that day. I have to admit, I was very disappointed with the lack of communication and response after finding the leak unfixed. Secondly upon calling Susan, at the store, She was very dismissive, rude, and could only respond with multiple excuses as to why they didn't give us a call back and how busy they were. She would not consider modifying the bill to accommodate the unproductive time. We will still pay the full balance, as not to undermine a small business. We will, however, be going with someone else now. Not a business I would recommend returning to or using in the future. Not professional.
