Not dependable. Did not show up for scheduled appointment but then showed up when no one was home. Called him to ask when he was coming and he told me he was later in the day and diagnosed my hot tub problems. Charged me $80. I have a home surveillance camera, he was at my home for more than 3 minutes. I then called him to come and fix my hot tub and he did not return my call. Since there are only 2 people in the phone book listed to repair hot tubs, I guess he can pick and choose. read more
