Not only did…read morethey resist owning their many mistakes on my $26,000 re-roofing job - which took 5 months to complete because of their shoddy work that included installing warped & damaged materials - I believe they acted in bad faith &/or breached our contract in several other ways, including: 1. failing to provide a promised materials warranty & an itemized list of project costs 2. attempting to overcharge me several hundred $$ by unilaterally increasing the contract balance 3. replacing my home's original high-quality flashing with damaged, low-quality material 4. grossly overcharging me for materials to repair their own work 5. over/charging me for corrections ordered by the City of Pullman Protective Inspections Division after the company's work failed to meet local building code standards 6. accusing the city building inspector & wider office of ignorance and exceeding their authority 7. the owner's threatening to sue me & take my home. The initial assessor noted that out house, built circa 1914, had inadequate ventilation and suggested a solution. The workers who installed the roof were polite, professional, and did a great job. Very hard workers in very hot weather. The new roof is amazing. The fix to the ventilation was stunning. Our upstairs always had problems with heating and cooling. The closets were either a sauna or a freezer, depending on the season. I had attributed this to insulation problems. The difference with the new ventilation is amazing. It's an old house so in 98 degrees it still gets warm, but it is WAY more comfortable than it has ever been. Haven't had to use window units at all so far. The closets are remarkably better as well. It has made a big difference to comfort in the summer and I can't wait to see the changes in the winter. The price was reasonable for today's costs as well. Overall, I highly recommend this company.
