The selection is extremely large and can be overwhelming so ask for assistance. Today I just purchased a few cigars and looked around of all the accessories that Education Cigar and Pipe have, excellent prices and for accessories from ash trays to lighters. I am not a pipe smoker but notice all the pipe tobacco. When you buy your cigar go through the casino and you can grab a drink and go outside t the outdoor smoking area where you can set and relax with hour cigar, drink and watch a sports game! I called this evening asking if they had a E-cig in stock called the JUUL, the employee (didn't catch his name) put me on hold for a minute to go check for me. They didn't have any so he offered to call the Pasco and Kennewick location for me to see if they had any on hand. I told him not to worry about it since they were closing in an hour and I live in Richland so I wasn't trying to drive out of Richland. We hung up and he called me back not 2 minutes later to let me know he he called the Kennewick store for me, they had some & was going to have more JUULs brought to the Richland location and that he would have them in 30 minutes for me. I feel like costumer service like this is so rare nowadays and I really appreciate him taking the time to do what he could to get the product I needed in the store for me.
