The last few…read moretimes I have shopped in Kennewick the employees are rude, short and act like you can't get out fast enough. When I was shopping yesterday, all I could hear was the tall brunette complaining about another employee not helping customers. I waited at least 5 mins and finally left. The 2 employees working were more interested in their conversation then helping me and another customer. Yes they give you a discount if you have a lanyard but the discount doesn't help if your not able to purchase what you need. I will shop down the street where they do offer help and act like they appreciate your business.

I was annoyed that some disposables just stop on you and I was trying to get advice on a new one to try. As a manager at another retail store, this could have been an opportunity to sell me a good one for good money. I ended up with a cheap one to get me by because I wanted out of there. The energy was off. I just hate dread coming here because I never know what experience I'll have.
