My insurance company replaced my old phone with a brand new one, but I was unable to salvage any of my photos or videos. These photos and videos were extremely important to myself and My daughters. My son came down and spent the entire summer with us and we took tons of pictures and videos with the kids having fun being silly all summer. Because my phone screen was totally broken The only way to get to the data on my phone was to put a brand new screen on it. Since my new phone was the exact same phone Nathan was able to switch the screens from my new phone and back up all the data from my old phone. This process required him to remove the broken phone screen and remove the working screen from my new phone, he then had to attach the new screen to my old phone and back up all the data, he then reassembled both of the phones in the original order. This was not a very hands-off job and he worked hard to help me save our priceless family relics He was incredibly helpful and his fee was very affordable. I highly recommend Nathan at Pendleton cell repair. He did the job fast and exceeded my expectations.

The minute I got there the owner (Winnie?) stopped what she was doing and opened the phone for inspection on the spot in front of me. She even offered to provide repair parts from another 'donor' phone she had on hand in the interests of completing the repair while I waited. I know what a highly skilled technician looks like, as I am in the car dealer auto repair business 30 years and have had many master technicians work for me. Winnie has amazing technical skills as well as empathy and provides old school customer service. She diagnosed the problem, unfortunately the phone was fried and not repairable. She refused to charge me for the time she spent (30 mins) disassembling, testing, and putting the phone back together. I was so impressed with the entire experience that the next time I need a device repaired I will ship it from California to iRepair rather than take it to a local shop in my home town because I now know that no one could ever come close to the skills, honesty, integrity, abilities, and prices, all done with a smile. Finally after about a month, he stopped answering his phone completely, I got tired of it, and I drove in to get my phone. His location is 45 minutes from where I live one way, so this was a large time commitment. What I found when I got there during his normal business hours, was a bunch of mail stuffed under his door, his door was locked, so I left a note under his door with my phone number saying that I needed my phone back. This was about a month ago and I haven't heard anything back since I left that note. Now I haven't had my phone for about 2 months and I now am of the opinion that he stole my phone. I have made countless attempts to reach out. He is deliberately not getting back to me for some reason. Its worth it to go somewhere else, just not to have your items stolen from you.

My third call, I was able to select the right choices to hopefully speak to a customer service representative. I was then on hold for six minutes with no option to leave my phone number and a call back request. I just hung up and figured they were busy at the time. I called the Tech Guru again just before 4:30pm, adventured through the phone answering system again, and found myself on hold again for a customer service representative. I was on hold for just over 14 minutes before I just gave up. I don't know how their service is... I wasn't able to talk to anyone or schedule a service appointment. Very frustrating.

Didn't explain much and what he did tell us was way over our heads. $70 later we walked out with some new cords, adapters and a $30 case for my wife. She looked online for a new case and found one just like theirs for $9.99. Took the $30 back and they gave me credit. Then adapters didn't work. Took them back. Then one of the car adapters was the wrong one. He had me use the old one but rigged it up to use the old one since he didn't have the right one in stock. It was just one thing after another and I ended up there at least 3 times. I'm reluctant to use them again esp after reading more unfavorable reviews. They need more staff.

His tone was incredibly demeaning. This was after my husband waited for him to arrive as he was late getting to work on this day. My husband had explained the computer bug had been fixed but he still wouldn't log in to resolve the issue. We went straight to the tri-cities store and they got us taken care of right away. This all started when my husband called customer service to have our iPad line disconnected. The representative inadvertantly cut off his phone line instead. After a long time on hold with customer service to get the line reinstated, we were told to go into the store to get a new SIM card. There was one gentleman who was very helpful but wasn't able to help. I was told by this rigid manager that the number would go out and could have already been picked up by another company. I found out later that it takes 60 days for this to happen-not only was he unhelpful but he also gave us false information.The next day we called tech support again and they said it was a computer bug keeping the store from being able to reactivate the line. We were told they would call us when this issue was fixed. This didn't happen. On day three, after close to ten hours on the phone with customer service, one representative said the computer glitch was fixed and we should be able to get the issue resolved with a new SIM card at our local store. She gave us the number of her direct manager should we have any problems. My husband went into the store and was treated very poorly by the manager. The manager was demeaning on the phone with me saying, "why can't you get it!" after my husband reported to me that J.G. was unwilling to help. I explained that we were told to go back in and the bug had been fixed and we even had a direct line to a customer service manager should they have any trouble completing the task. He still insisted that he can't do this...completely disregarding the FOUR customer service tech representatives had told us he could. When I asked why these people were telling us this if it wasn't true he just said I don't know. My husband went to the Kennewick store and was helped in under an hour without being charged the $5 SIM card fee that the Hermiston store was going to charge him. I am a smart, reasonable, and very patient person. This "Manager" should take a course in customer "service". The word SERVICE is a huge part of customer service. He made me feel frustrated and greatly insulted my intelligence. Had he been willing to help but was unable to, I would have been able to accept this. The frustrating part was how he spoke to me and my husband and would not even try to address the situation. I typically don't leave bad reviews of any kind yet in this case, I feel people should know, if they want good customer service and someone who is actually WILLING to help, they should avoid the Hermiston manager J.G. and go to the Kennewick ATT store.
