Right out the gate when I asked them about something they were overly defensive saying anything that happens due to their fixing my phone is not their fault but my own phone's fault, which raised a huge red flag. They are super unprofessional but still shamelessly and unapolgetically rip people off and blame you or something else when they mess up. Even the way they put the screen protector on was crooked and that might tell you something. They broke my phone and said it was my phone and the phone maker's fault lol. From the very moment I contacted this store their communication was near non existent. They told me to bring my phone in for repair. So I set up I time because they needed to order parts. The day when I went to drop my phone off, they informed me the part was on back order. Would have been nice to know before I went in. I checked back several times over the next week or so. So I found and bought the part on my own. When I called to see if they could install it for me, they quoted my $100 when I set the appointment to have them fix it they quoted me $70 including the part. Now that I have the part they want charge more... not a good way to do business. I will not be getting my phone repaired at this location. read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE! I took my phone in to get the microphone replaced. Everything else on my phone worked perfectly fine but when I got it back it was glitching like crazy and would kick me out of apps. Then after a couple of minutes it would just restart. Now the phone is unusable and I tried to get a refund but they are trying to give me only half of what I paid not even a full refund. They said they can't do anything about it even though they messed it up and now I am left without a phone. They claimed it has "board issues" but it only got them after they messed with it. The least they could do it give me a refund because I have to buy a new phone now. They should really be giving me a new phone for the one they messed up. Would not recommend taking your phone here as they just break it instead of fix it. read more

I took my phone there on vacation to have a screen replaced. The manager assured me it was oem glass. After receiving the phone back, he installed an aftermarket glass and did not clean the phone as was requested. This business saved my bacon during the COVID-19 shutdown when my phone's screen completely went black. I'm so grateful they were open, not to mention able to replace my iPhone screen during this time of slowed mail and panic. My cell phone company is next door and they wouldn't even look at my phone, much less touch it. They offered no advice, just gave me a brochure on the insurance company (which would've taken forever to receive right now!). When I went next door to The Cell Fix, the gentleman simply asked that I sanitize my phone before handing it over. Hygiene measures were in place to make sure everyone stayed safe, plus he was kind and efficient. Within an hour, I had a new screen and my phone is now working great. Well I went there to have my cell phone fix because it had a broken screen. They charge me 469.99 and less then a hour later it developed a black spot on the front of the phone on the screen o just had fixed. Went back in showed they lady there and the man that worked on my phone was out to lunch. The lady said she believes that the black spot not covered under warranty seeing how the phone left the shop. I emailed them letting them know I did not even drop the phone. Only carry it in my jacket home and took it out and looked at my receipt from safeway and picked up the phone to use the app for safeway and thats when I see the black spot around the front camera. And took it back in. So I believe either they screwed up when they replaced the front screen or it was damaged when it was made. So I'm out 469.99 and still have a broken screen only in a different spot . And I'm not the one who broke it. And this is on my Samsung galaxy note 20 ultra 5g And it took them a week to get the replacement screen and in the end still have a broken screen and they don't even respond back. So I would not recommend them for any phone screen replacement on a Samsung galaxy note 20 ultra 5g. This place rips you off. I had my ipad screen fixed and the kept the touch button (home) and still charged me full price. Apple said if it needs fixed ever again they only charge for the parts they use. Save your money go to Apple. read more

I had my screen repaired here at Cell fix. For some strange reason the screen began to have a ghosting effect so I brought it back and they replaced the screen again. - after while it started messing up again but it was after the war warrantee period. I brought I back anyway and asked what could be done and upon close inspection the tech could see that I dropped the phone or something and although the screen protector stopped the screen from breaking, there was a good chance that the drop was the reason the problem was happening. Well, although it was out of warrantee, and although is might have been my fault. They gave me the benefit of the doubt and replaced it free of charge. Good business. Not saying this will be what happens for you, but since it was not cut and dry, they took care of me. Great place to take your phone! read more

Bought a used laptop here laptop itself is in great shape and the price wasn't bad, only problem it doesn't get updates anymore and you can't use nearly any apps unless it receives the newest update you can't even force it to do a update. Went in on Friday said new screen will be here in 2 days 105 installed, I stopped by today(6 days later) they say oh we had the wrong part number let me see your phone I asked why did you not call me to find out I just got glare, he looks at my phone and says we have one in stock!! Which was there on Friday, and now 120 dollars? I said I was quoted 105 he said no you got an estimate quotes are in writing, LMAO if you cant stand behind a verbal agreement why would I think you would stand behind any product. Run from this place Kennewick is 25 minutes away and has 5 places with better prices and a lot less attitude. Great place to get an iPhone screen repaired. It took them less than an hour in my case to get an iPhone 6 screen replaced. It was finished before I left Safeway with my groceries. Their prices are competitive and much less hassle than trying to repair on your own. read more

I have owned an iPhone since iPhones came out I have never broken screen until now my iPhone 6. So I thought $200 wasn't a horrible price to pay to have the screen replaced. But four days later as I pull my phone out of my pocket there is cracked screen again for no apparent reason I went back to cell fix and they say they don't warrantee cracks they don't know what happened to the phone after leaves them, I told them that it pretty much sat there on my table all week except for when it was in my pocket, needless to say the customer service sucks and if they can't tell that their products must be faulty when you can't even last 4 days something wrong there.
