DO NOT USE THIS SHOP! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER I paid $180 for…read morea screen replacement and left with a completely unusable phone. Multiple new hardware failures, a screw rattling around in my phone with no accountability, and no refund. I brought my Samsung S22 Ultra in for a screen replacement. The phone had a screen issue but EVERYTHING else worked perfectly fine, not a single issue. I paid $180 for an aftermarket OLED screen replacement. DAY 1 - FIRST PROBLEM: Picked up my phone - screen worked but immediately had "No SIM · Emergency calls only" error. Phone briefly connected to network for ONE minute, sent a text, then lost all cellular service permanently. IMEI shows up, Wi-Fi works fine, they clearly disconnected or damaged the RF antenna cable or something else during the screen replacement. Can't make calls, can't text, can't use mobile data. Wasn't like that when I dropped it off... DAY 2 - SECOND PROBLEM: Came back and told them I can't call or text. They replaced my charging port claiming it might fix the problem. Got home and phone won't charge. Charging port is all loose and floppy now. Wasn't like that when I dropped it off. DAY 3: Came back with phone that has no cellular AND won't charge. They kept my phone. I had to call them late in the day just to find out what was happening. They said "motherboard needs replaced it is coming tomorrow." DAY 4: They don't call me all day. I call them and they say it didn't show up, maybe tomorrow. Okay, very inconvenient but life happens. DAY 5: No call... again. I call them and they say it's not here, should be tomorrow. They still have my phone. DAY 6 - THE RUNAROUND: No call... AGAIN. So, I call and suddenly it's ready to come and get it. I show up and the guy tells me "it's the SIM card" I ONLY HAVE eSIM NOT A PHYSICAL SIM! Then he says "it's the motherboard." I was under the impression I waited 3 days because they were replacing the motherboard? Then he starts giving me conflicting explanations, eventually saying the phone is no good and needs replaced. Clearly taking no responsibility for all the problems they caused breaking my phone and clearly has no idea how to fix it. Then tells me "we only warranty the screen replacement" basically admitting they don't care about all the other damage they caused. I LEFT AND WENT NEXT DOOR TO VERIZON to try to reprovision the eSIM (Just in case). Verizon called tech support for eSIM and big SURPRISE, the phone SHUT OFF while she was working on it. Cellular STILL doesn't work and the screen I paid $180 to fix is now doing the same thing that I paid them to fix. They fixed nothing and broke everything else. The Verizon tech called Verizon technical support while trying to help. The support person said it sounds like internal physical damage something about legs or connectors being broken. They didn't even know about the screen replacement at that point. Then Samsung support got on the phone and said the same thing, sounds like a physical hardware problem. Multiple tech support people independently diagnosed hardware damage before even knowing this repair shop had touched my phone. Turns out the parts both Tech supports mentioned are parts that have to be removed for a new screen replacement.... Save your money, go to a professional shop. Filing BBB complaint and credit card dispute.

I called him again the week after that, and he had given me more excuses as to why we had made zero progress. Finally after about a month, he stopped answering his phone completely, I got tired of it, and I drove in to get my phone. His location is 45 minutes from where I live one way, so this was a large time commitment. What I found when I got there during his normal business hours, was a bunch of mail stuffed under his door, his door was locked, so I left a note under his door with my phone number saying that I needed my phone back. This was about a month ago and I haven't heard anything back since I left that note. Now I haven't had my phone for about 2 months and I now am of the opinion that he stole my phone. I have made countless attempts to reach out. He is deliberately not getting back to me for some reason. Its worth it to go somewhere else, just not to have your items stolen from you.

I called again and ended up down a different path to information-only messages and a disconnected line. My third call, I was able to select the right choices to hopefully speak to a customer service representative. I was then on hold for six minutes with no option to leave my phone number and a call back request. I just hung up and figured they were busy at the time. I called the Tech Guru again just before 4:30pm, adventured through the phone answering system again, and found myself on hold again for a customer service representative. I was on hold for just over 14 minutes before I just gave up. I don't know how their service is... I wasn't able to talk to anyone or schedule a service appointment. Very frustrating.
