The crew was 2 young men who had obviously not been trained well. We had worked very hard prior to their arrival to separate the donations from the garbage...didn't matter, they threw it all away! They charged $350 per load to the landfill and made 2 trips because they brought a small trailer! Then charged $275 for the load going to be donated. Tim was flippant when discussing the job in the phone. If I had been the one making the final call, we would not have used this company. I will definitely not choose them in the future for any of my needs!

I used Carbonated Carpet Solutions for my parents house. Their house has high pile, blue carpet…read more With pets and cigarette smoke thrown in, just to make it a challenge. My inclination was to rip it all up and replace it with something more modern and less blue. However, my parents are old school and change is scary for them. So I contacted Carbonated Carpet Solutions for a thorough cleaning. Angel from Carbonated Carpet Solutions, arrived on-time, conducted a walk through of the work areas and he was very professional. Angel was working hard from start to finish and it showed. I was very impressed. Although the carpet was still blue and high pile, it was clean. The pet stains were gone. The cigarette smoke smell was gone. The high traffic areas were clean. He even cleaned the sofa and all of the dining room chairs. I would recommend Carbonated Carpet Solutions if you are in need of a good carpet cleaning.

It's run by a couple who have been doing it for a number of years. They were very friendly, took the clothing and got me the information about how long it would take to dry clean the suit very quickly. It was done when they said it would be, and the total price seemed very reasonable. It was $16.99 to get a suit dry cleaned and considering how infrequent it needs to happen, it seemed like a fair price. They were also very kind and answered a couple of very random questions that I had regarding dry cleaning. I wondered how often clothes don't get picked up and what they do with clothing that isn't claimed. The very nice lady that I chatted with said they keep things for a year and if people don't claim them or they are unable to get a hold of them after that time, they give them to the Salvation Army or the Union Gospel Mission. She said it doesn't happen very often, but they've had plenty of people move away And leave their dry cleaning. All said and done, the people working here nice, they did a good job dry cleaning my clothing, the price was fair and they seem to be a nice hard-working group of folks who are doing a nice job with the local small business. Can't do much better than that!
