I had Chris stretch and clean my carpet and clean 2 large area rugs. It shows that he takes pride in his work that his father began in 1983. I had forgotten what the color of my carpet was when it was installed. Now clean it's a few shades lighter and looks great. He did a great job getting rid of all the bubbles by stretching the carpet to where I can't see any areas missed or visible. I think the price for the many hours of labor was very reasonable. I will definitely call Chris next time I need his services. read more

Westside Carpet Cleaning - So artistic too - Carpet Cleaning Near Me - Yakima, Washington

Great and timely service. Really appreciate the work they did. Chris was knowledgeable and friendly.

Chris did an outstanding job getting rid of some big "wrinkles" by stretching and re-tacking the carpet, followed by an expert job cleaning the carpet. Great attention to detail, furniture was moved and put back in perfect condition, and I really appreciated that he uses wall protection wherever the equipment hose needed to wrap around a corner during the cleaning. First class and highly recommended! read more

I had wanted to have my rugs cleaned, my carpet re-stretched and my couch and loveseat cleaned. I accepted Westside's quote. The price was great and he charged that amount only. No additional charges. The work was great and he put extra effort into several stains. read more

DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS HERE!!! Very upset still about my experience and it's with the owner himself. Here is my honest story... I scheduled a move in carpet cleaning at 9 am. Several day prior I called and asked if it's be possible to change the time to later in the day. They said no problem and it got rescheduled to 2pm. 2pm came and left with no carpet cleaner. I called and he apologized that he never wrote The time in his scheduler. He then said he could come the next day between 12-1pm. So I agreed. 1:10 came and still no carpet cleaner. I called and he said he was running late. He eventually gets here, looks around real quick and says okay I'll get started. I stopped him and asked if he could just explain his procedure and what he's going to do. He quickly just says I'll stretch it here and here then shampoo with my industrial cleaner and starts to leave again. I stopped him again and asked if he's going to vacuum first because there was a lot of trash on the floor from the previous owner. He said he's been doing this for 30+ years and he knows what he's doing. I said okay and also pointed out dog pee stains and asked if he does black light. He said he doesn't need to and has been doing this for blah blah years. I said well okay then I'm just worried about the stains coming back, but the person I made the appointment with said you guys would come back if it came back anyways. As soon as I said that, he turned around and said "I've had it! I'm out of here!" I honestly thought it was a joke and laughed and said oh I'm not too bad with questions. He left the house and took off! On the phone he said that I was trying to take advantage of him. How is asking questions about what I'm paying you money for, being taken advantage of? I was extremely upset since we have a deadline of when we're moving things into our new house. I hurried and called Raindrop cleaning who had just got done cleaning the house, I didn't realize they cleaned carpet too. The guy had a PhD in carpet cleaning!! And did an exceptional job. NEVER USE THIS BUSINESS!!! Worst customer service I have EVER experienced. So glad I went with someone else who isn't in a rush and I know will do a quality cleaning and sanitizing job! read more

They did an ok job. Unfortunately one year after we used them, we received a letter threatening us with collections activity because "we had not paid our bill." We had in fact paid the charges in full within 2 weeks of using them and have now had to send them copies of the check and bank statement. We won't be using them again. read more

This business is a joke. The lady in the office is totally rude. They failed to run my credit card at the time of service. Instead the tech wrote down my card info and left after promising me he would run the card as soon as he got back to the office. I also recieved no invoice for services. The tech called me almost a month later to tell me they still hadn't ran the card. During the time they had my card info i had 3 charges from unknown sources on it resulting in me canceling the card and reporting the card info as stolen. When the office lady finally got around to running it the card was already cancelled. So here we are 5 months later and she calls me at 9 am on a Saturday morning demanding payment, yelling at me & calling me a fucking bitch. I don't think so. I feel sorry for their employees and the owner. This lady is totally unprofessional. Id give them negative stars if i could. read more
