My insurance company replaced my old phone with a brand new one, but I was unable to salvage any of my photos or videos. These photos and videos were extremely important to myself​ and My daughters. My son came down and sp​ent the entire summer with us and we took tons of pictures and videos with the kids having fun being silly all summer. Because my phone screen was totally broken The only way to get to the data on my phone was to put a brand new screen on it. Since my new phone was the exact same phone Nathan was able to switch the screens from my new phone and back up all the data from my old phone. This process required him to remove the broken phone screen and remove the working screen from my new phone, he then had to attach the new screen to my old phone and back up all the data, he then reassembled both of the phones in the original order. This was not a very hands-off job and he worked hard to help me save our priceless family relics He was incredibly helpful and his fee was very affordable. I highly recommend Nathan at Pendleton cell repair. He did the job fast and exceeded my expectations.

What they did not tell me up front is that the screen that they would replace my i-Phone 16 Pro Max OEM screen with was a knock off LCD that gets extremely hot, burns through your battery, had numerous dead spots that forced you to press the screen to get it to work endlessly, and broke within the first week of having it despite using a quality case and a screen protector I bought through them which did not break, however, the screen underneath did. I paid nearly 300 dollars after taxes to have my phone screen replaced by them, and they gave me a screen that is so dark you can barely see anything on it, even at max brightness when you're outside. I am just highly disappointed in the quality of the product, and I do not recommend getting a phone screen fixed here.

I googled cell phone repairs in the Tri City area and found this place. I remembered seeing a review on here that was not good so I wasn't sure what to expect. It was about 9am when I tried calling the number listed on their site-- no answer. Turns out, they don't open till 10 (couldn't find hours listed anywhere on their site, but it's 10-7 on M-F). I dropped by at 10:30 this morning and stood there very awkwardly for what felt like several minutes as the owner chatted it up with a repairman. He knew I was there, but didn't offer to help me or even acknowledge that he'd be right with me. It was very weird. When he finally said "hi" to me, I told him what I needed. Fortunately, they had iPhone 5 screens in stock and he said he could have it fixed in 15 minutes (yay!), but it'd cost $225 plus tax. I didn't even pay $225 when I bought the phone, but I'm not due for an upgrade yet so I didn't have much choice. He said he could save me about $20 if I paid in cash, so I left the phone with him while I went to the bank. When I returned about a half hour later, he was chatting with the repairman again and blocking the doorway. I stood there outside for what felt like FOREVER while the owner failed to acknowledge my presence for quite a while again. He eventually said "come on in." So I came in. My phone wasn't yet ready. I paid and received no receipt, so hopefully I don't have problems later. I waited another 15 minutes for my phone. When it was finally ready, he did give me a free screen protector (which I didn't really need because my phone is always in a case), but, it bubbled when he put it on so I'll probably be peeling it off soon. He didn't seem to be bothered by the bubbling. Pretty half-assed if you ask me. In the end, my phone works as good as new. He said he used real Apple parts, which he claims none of his competitors can get. And, as expensive as it was, it was still cheaper than the competitor or buying a new phone. It was also convenient that I could get it fixed on the spot. So, if you need a new screen immediately, come here. Otherwise, go somewhere else. Also, you can supposely sell your old phones here no matter what condition they're in.

Need to keep your word on the price and not change them. Be more polite customers are right.read more
