I first went in on January 12th and was told the repair would take about 2 hours. Not only wasn't it done on time, but the technician damaged the back of my phone. I was also told the camera had been replaced--which was not true, because the same issue came back shortly after. From there, it was constant delays and mistakes: * Wrong camera part ordered (twice) * Multiple appointments where nothing was fixed * Weeks of waiting with no resolution Now, after all of this, they're telling me my warranty expired, so I have to pay out of pocket--even though I brought the phone in back in January and they had three months to fix it. At one point they said they'd fix it as a courtesy, but when I came in on April 26th, they refused unless I paid. This wasn't my fault--I followed their process every step of the way. The lack of accountability, poor communication, and repeated errors made this one of the worst service experiences I've had. If I could give zero stars, I would.

That said, the other associate who felt they needed to call a sheriff to the store and have them watch me because they believed I was shoplifting was insulting in the extreme considering I spent nearly a $120 for the battery replacement and a lightning cable I had this paranoid associate add to the purchase (which they never added). They shouldn't even be there.

I had to bring in my iPhone for a screen replacement. The staff was very kind about the situation…read moreand told me they would have the screen replaced within 2 hours. What they did not tell me up front is that the screen that they would replace my i-Phone 16 Pro Max OEM screen with was a knock off LCD that gets extremely hot, burns through your battery, had numerous dead spots that forced you to press the screen to get it to work endlessly, and broke within the first week of having it despite using a quality case and a screen protector I bought through them which did not break, however, the screen underneath did. I paid nearly 300 dollars after taxes to have my phone screen replaced by them, and they gave me a screen that is so dark you can barely see anything on it, even at max brightness when you're outside. I am just highly disappointed in the quality of the product, and I do not recommend getting a phone screen fixed here.

I got over the phone estimates for about $1500 at other places based on their diagnosis. We took it to another mechanic shop and they put freon in, it was very low before. AC has been working great for a couple weeks now. They also checked the brakes and said the front pads were at 2mm and needed replaced. We had the brakes looked at by a tire shop a short while before taking it to these guys and again after their inspection, both times the pads were measured at 4mm and still had life. How does a shop miss on 2 different inspections! Read the other reviews and decide for yourself but I will never be taking anything to these guys again. I must note I did call and talk to the manager who refused a refund unless I take it back for another inspection. Sorry, not wasting more of my time on these guys. I feel like I would need to look over their shoulder and view everything for myself at this point and I really don't have the patience.
