From there, it was constant delays and mistakes: * Wrong camera part ordered (twice) * Multiple appointments where nothing was fixed * Weeks of waiting with no resolution Now, after all of this, they're telling me my warranty expired, so I have to pay out of pocket--even though I brought the phone in back in January and they had three months to fix it. At one point they said they'd fix it as a courtesy, but when I came in on April 26th, they refused unless I paid. This wasn't my fault--I followed their process every step of the way. The lack of accountability, poor communication, and repeated errors made this one of the worst service experiences I've had. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I got over the phone estimates for about $1500 at other places based on their diagnosis. We took it to another mechanic shop and they put freon in, it was very low before. AC has been working great for a couple weeks now. They also checked the brakes and said the front pads were at 2mm and needed replaced. We had the brakes looked at by a tire shop a short while before taking it to these guys and again after their inspection, both times the pads were measured at 4mm and still had life. How does a shop miss on 2 different inspections! Read the other reviews and decide for yourself but I will never be taking anything to these guys again. I must note I did call and talk to the manager who refused a refund unless I take it back for another inspection. Sorry, not wasting more of my time on these guys. I feel like I would need to look over their shoulder and view everything for myself at this point and I really don't have the patience.
