Poor Customer Service the staff was unhelpful and seemed disinterested in assisting me. When I asked for advice on which battery would be best for my car, they gave vague answers and seemed annoyed by my questions Lack of knowledge the employees did not seem knowledgeable about the products. One of them recommended a battery that turned out to be incompatible with my vehicle model. I only found out after struggling to install it and having to return to the store.Overpriced products the prices were significantly higher compared to other stores and online retailers. I later found the same battery for 20% less at a competitor. They said Manger does not allow online price match something AutoZone is good for.Return policy hassle when I tried to return the incompatible battery, I was met with resistance and had to argue with the manager for a refund. They initially refused to accept the return, claiming it was my fault for choosing the wrong product.Overall, I am extremely disappointed with my experience at oreillys. I will not be returning and would not recommend this store to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere.

Above and Beyond - Truly Exceptional Service…read more A couple of days ago, my truck's clutch gave out while I was driving from Seattle to Boise for an urgent family matter. I was stranded on the highway and really in a pickle -- but calling Ruggles Auto Repair turned everything around. From the very first call, they treated me like family. They offered to drive me after hours to a nearby town just so I could rent a car and make it to where I needed to be. The next day, they worked tirelessly--well past closing time--to replace the clutch and get me safely back on the road. They even brought me lunch while I was waiting in the lobby. Who does that anymore? Their kindness, honesty, and dedication are something you just don't see often these days. If you ever need car repairs and want to be treated with genuine care and respect, Ruggles Auto Repair is the place to go. They turned a stressful breakdown into a reminder that there are still great people and great businesses out there.

So thankful for everyone at Ruggles Auto Repair! Today they arranged a tow from my home and…read morecompleted the repair while I was at work--something that would've been a major headache anywhere else. One of the biggest frustrations I've had with car maintenance is finding service that works around a full-time schedule. Ruggles consistently finds ways to make things easier, and that flexibility is a game-changer. Now, I know this might sound like a biased review--my mom, Deana, is the warm, welcoming face you'll see at the front desk. But hear me out: I've watched time and time again as everyday customers receive the same care and attention I do. Whether it's Victor going the extra mile or the team doing what they can to accommodate real-life schedules, they treat people with genuine care. That's not family favoritism--it's just who they are. If you happen to wait for your service, you'll find comfy chairs (dangerously good for an accidental nap) and a welcoming, down-to-earth shop atmosphere. My whole family and I happily recommend Ruggles Auto Repair. Thanks again, you guys. You really make a stressful process feel easy.

In…read morean effort to get miles on the tires and memories in the minds and hearts of our family, the idea of taking our "home" with us while we travel was a dream of ours. Let me be the first to say, I would have never seen myself as an RV guy. After a couple longer colder nights in our new tent... we sat out to "see" what the RV world had to offer. I had done extensive research on what my vehicle is capable of towing, what the ideal environment is for my family, and what we could use in the next decade of travels. This narrowed what we were looking for down considerably. As we arrived at Central Washington RV, we were greeted by Jacob. Jacob is a rock solid employee, he answered every question we had, shared the same excitement we had in our quest for a trailer, he double checked my finding on what my vehicle could safely tow to give us a great assortment of possibilities for our new second home. We were handed off to Cynthia who handled the financial end and options for the trailer. Again, we were working with someone who was just enthusiastic about this new experience as we were. Mike in parts helped with technical questions about the trailer, vehicle, and connections. A few weeks after the purchase we needed to bring the trailer back to get some upgrades added to it. Mike had time to walk around the trailer and answer more questions that came up after we had owned it for a couple weeks. This was a VERY smooth and enjoyable opportunity we had of purchasing our new trailer. Thanks a ton CWRV!

The best thing was that they arrive to the house and quickly repaired the tire within the 45 minutes and we were back on track for our trip. Grateful for the fast and friendly service.
