Every time I have stepped in this store I have been treated very well. I don't go too often because I have this trick, so to speak. i shop on the Monday after Thanksgiving every year for their sales. That sale day and also their semi annual sales post holiday are so darn good that I buy an entire year's worth of product in one day at about 90 percent cheaper than if I bought these products all year and one by one. Since I buy in bulk like that, I usually do not have to refresh. But if I do, or need gifts, this is the closet location to where I live. The store smells heavenly and like I mentioned above the staff members are great, they also have great coupons in addition to those great sales days.

I'm not sure if I came on a bad day, but it was the Monday after the 4th of July, and they didn't have much sales or clearance prices going on. They had a few things, but the entire store looked more like a regular store in a regular mall. The store itself was very neat and organized, and the staff is nice, but I would have liked to see more items marked down since it IS an "outlet store."
