I was helped by Senice and I can't say enough great things about her. She was so patient and willing to explain different options to correct my hair. I also came in a few minutes before closing but she still helped me until I was comfortable with what I was purchasing to correct my hair color. Good customer service is hard to come by these days and she went above and beyond for me. I usually go to another location and the service there is non-existent. I'm so glad I stopped in yesterday! As I was looking for the items I needed to purchase I was asked if I needed assistance and if I found everything I was looking for. It's nice to see people go out of theory way to make sure your shopping expeirence is positive. After selecting some over the counter medicines I walked around the store and purchased juice, a few snacks, and even a "as seen on tv" item or two. Walgreens is a great place to grab exactly what you need any time of the day of night and the staff is always friendly and helpful.

There was no greeting, and when I asked if the cashier could look up my Ulta card so I could use it for payment, I was immediately cut off with "no we don't do that here". I mentioned that I recently been able to do this at another Ulta location, which then the cashier told me to enter my # to look up my account and found my card. This was what I had originally requested.. not sure why they were being dismissive and gave attitude in the first place (?). During the transaction, the cashier was staring at their phone and mumbled something to their coworker, which I normally wouldn't mind, but given the whole interaction it made me feel off. It seemed like they were in a rush and I was inconveniencing them. If that was the case, another associate could have been assigned to the register or taken over. I thought I may have been overthinking the interaction but my partner felt the same way after we left. I've worked in the service industry for years and I would never handle a customer interaction the way they did. I've attached my receipt, with the cashier's name redacted for privacy. Products are easy to find, and the shelves are always full. The pharmacy staff is always kind and helpful. They know their customers and our needs.
