He replaced five large tiles that had detached and regrouted around them... saving me from having to re-do the entire bathroom floor. Matched perfectly... you can't tell the old work from the new. He was very kind, super responsive and informative from the beginning and made the whole process very easy. Despite having some issues with the drain and having to bring in a plumber to assist with a portion of the work (which ended up delaying us about 1 1/2 days), everything that he estimated from both time and cost was exact. His work quality was great and he made it very painless by allowing me to select the tile and then picking it up to do the job. He is extremely knowledgeable and I will not only recommend him to others but will call on him when I need work from him in the future. Thank you again!

They not only took out the old caulk around the tile and replaced it, but also the clear caulk between the glass and the framing. And not only that, they cleaned all the tile, grout, and glass surround. Pete was meticulous. He did an even better color-matching job of the caulk than what was there originally.He also found some areas under the entrance to the shower stall that had never been caulked. You had to lay on the floor and look up under the doorway to the shower to be able to see it, and he found it and fixed it. Their service isn't cheap, but you know what they say, you get what you pay for. With The Grout Medic you get MORE than what you pay for! I highly recommend them.
